如何让老外客户一定回复你的邮件?外贸业务员碰到最普遍的问题就是推销信发出去了,可是没有回信。
本来联系得好好的客户突然就没有了音信,让人百思不得其解。
事实上,在外贸业务中,大家最头疼的就是客户不回复,这个问题在外贸业务员新手中又特别突出,但在买方市场的今天这种情况却很正常。
如果我们能经常有意识地改进我们的联系方法,提高自身的专业度,能一针见血切中要害地回复客户邮件,那客户邮件的回复率想必也应该增加很多。
一旦你联系的客户对你有真正的采购意图和兴趣,最直观的表现就是客户回复比较及时,通常不用你去催促,或者每天眼巴巴地守着邮箱。
当客户不回复你邮件时,也要思考一下问题所在,发现症结所在,积极采取相应措施应对。
一、思考为什么客户不回复你有订单意向的客户只询价,不下单,这是正常的。
如果他们只询一次价就下订单,并不确认付款方式、交货期以及包装等详细。

3来往邮件中尽量使语言更具专业性和针对性,让客人相信你是老手。

5做外贸的人越来越多,特别要注意培养服务客户的意识并经常学习,给自己充电。
