摘要:针对机电一体化产品为样机。通过市场调研、查找相关资料，进行产品开发的可

行性论证。完成可行性报告。分析、构思出产品系统总功能和功能分解，并进行功能分解画出功能结构图，进行功能原理分析、构思出系统总的功能原理图，进行原理方案评价，确定产品的技术参数；整机工作循环图绘制。

本课程设计在于让我们对机械产品开发的过程和方法步骤有一个完整的经历，学习掌握调查收集信息，资料获取的具体方法，学习掌握可行性论证应该包括的内容，掌握用系统设计的思想和方法对产品进行功能原理设计的过程，掌握机械工艺动作分析、分解，功能原理分析和功能分解。

最初的订书机是相当复杂的，因为它有那么多道操作的步骤。因此，在1894年采用了一种制造工序，该工序首先将铁线轧断并弄弯，做成一串“U”形订书钉。这些钉子可以装进一个简单得多的机器里，该机器可以把这些钉子嵌入纸张中。这个机器就是如今订书机的原型。

Abstract: Based on the integration of mechanical and electrical products for the prototype. Through market research, to find relevant information, feasibility study for product development. Completion of the feasibility report. Analysis of the general function, and function of product system decomposition, and functional decomposition to draw the structure chart of the function, the function principle analysis, design drawing function principle of the total system, carried out the principle of program evaluation, to determine the technical parameters of product; whole working cycle diagram.

This course is designed to allow us to process and method of mechanical product development steps for a complete experience, learning and mastering the investigation and collection of information, the specific method of data acquisition, learning and mastering the feasibility study should include content,grasp the process of product function design idea and method of system design, analysis, decomposition of master the mechanical process, functional analysis and function decomposition.

The stapler was initially quite complicated, because it has so many operation steps.
