工具柜 技术规格书
一、 整体要求1.工具柜A、杂品柜B、阀门站柜子D、工具柜E的钢板厚度1.0mm；安全帽柜钢板厚度0.6mm。
2. 所有钢板采用优质冷轧钢板；制作工艺：酸洗过的钢板+加工+静电喷涂。
加工包括：检验、冲压、折弯、焊接装配等步骤；柜面采用绿色环保型粉末静电喷塑而成。
所供应材料要满足相关国家标准。
3. 锁具不需采用插销式，满足实用美观、耐用、开关方便三方面要求。
4. 横向的隔板均需考虑承重，厚度不小于1.2mm，对于隔板及其他较大面积的承重面需在背面焊接加强筋。
5. 颜色按照附件中图片颜色（浅灰色）。
6. 工具柜、杂品柜用于室外，有防雨要求。
7. 以下附件照片.rar作为该技术规格书的补充，仅有一点变动（工具柜下半部分需要增加2块可拆卸隔板），其他均按照图片要求制作。

To fix this problem, lightlybend the hook until the drawer will engagein the slide.DRAWER REMOVALPull the drawer out so that it’s almost fully extended. Push up on the black release leveron one side, while pushing down on the black release lever on the other side. While holding the levers in these positions, pull the drawer outward until it is released from the drawer slide.ONE SIDE – PUSH UPOTHER SIDE – PUSH DOWNDRAWER REPLACEMENTExtend the drawer slides from the unit. Insert the brackets on each side of the drawerinto the slots in the slides, being careful that they are properly positioned. 保全组工具柜管理制度一、背景与目的为了保证保全组工作的正常进行，提高保全工作效率和管理水平，同时保证保全装备的安全与完整，特制定本保全组工具柜管理制度。
二、适用范围本制度适用于保全组所有成员，在工作中涉及到使用和管理工具柜的情况。
三、工具柜的设置和管理1.工具柜的设置（1）根据保全组的规模和实际需求，确定工具柜数量和位置。
（2）工具柜应设有锁具，并设置专人负责保存柜钥匙，确保只有相关人员可以取得柜内的工具。
2.工具柜的管理（1）柜内物品要经过清点登记后放入，保证柜内物品与清单相符。
（2）保安人员在取用工具时，应填写借出工具的使用登记表，包括借用日期、名称、数量等信息，并在归还时进行登记确认。
（3）在工具柜内的物品归还后，应及时清点，与清单相符后方可放入柜内，确保柜内物品的完整性。
四、工具的使用和归还1.工具的使用（1）保安人员在使用工具前，应仔细阅读工具使用说明，熟悉操作方法。
（2）使用过程中，应注意工具的安全使用，不得私自拆卸、改装工具，不能乱抛乱丢、乱用工具。
（3）工具使用完毕后应及时归还，不得私自占用或携带出入工作地点。
2.工具的归还（1）保安人员在使用完毕后，应立即归还工具，并填写归还登记表，标明归还时间、数量等信息，并经相关负责人确认。
（2）工具如有损坏、遗失或不能继续使用，应及时向上级报告，并予以赔偿或更换。
五、工具柜的保管责任1.工具柜保管责任人（1）保管责任人应严格遵守相关规章制度，保证柜内物品的安全和完整。
（2）保管责任人有义务定期检查工具，并严禁将工具私自借用、擅自移动、转让或转借他人使用。
（3）工具柜保管责任人需定期向上级报告工具柜内物品的使用情况、需要补充的物品，以及出现的问题。
2.工具柜使用人（1）保安人员在使用工具时，要妥善保管并及时归还，不得私自带离工作地点。
（2）保安人员对于工具柜内物品的损坏或遗失，应向上级报告，积极配合事故调查和赔偿工作。
六、违规与处罚1.对于擅自私用、借用、擅自转让工具柜内物品的人员，将按公司规章制度进行纪律处分，严重者甚至追究其法律责任。

受潮后的绝缘工具绝缘性能下降，严格危及检修人员的生命安全。
现有的措施是采用木质或铁质的柜体或绝缘工具库存房进行绝缘工具的存放或保管。

把智能工具柜电源线L.N（三相电）分别接入 220v电源，E（地线）要可靠接地。柜内干燥机为总 电源开关。合上后电源指示灯亮，证明设备已进入工 作状态，当环境温度达到设定值时，加热器、加热风 扇循环。当环境温度降低到设定值时，加热器和风扇 停止工作。
工具柜注意事项
为了安全使用，柜体保护接地，本柜设有漏 电保护，过热保护装置，电源输入端与柜体绝缘 强度≥5M欧，交流耐压200V/2min窗体顶端。若 长期存放未使用，请每三个月通电一次，通电时 间不少于4小时；柜内电源开关打开，从干燥机 至仪表之间有电（220V），工区安装使用时一定 要进行放电，防止静电伤人。

现有的措施是采用木质或铁质的柜体或绝缘工具库房进行绝缘工具的存放或保管。

二、仪器工作原理空气经台面两侧吸入到离心式通风机压入静压箱，经高效空气过滤器在上侧部均匀吹出，、全循环式气流设计，当工作区大量补充新风时，部分回风可从顶部排风口排出形成高洁净度的空气幕，去除工作区域内的原自然空气，开机后五分钟即达到理想的高洁净度空间。

五、维护①、根据实际情况，定期将初效过滤器拆下清洗，清洗周期一般为3~6个月。
（若长期不清洗，积尘将导致进风量不足，而降低洁净效果）。
②、当正常调节或清洗初效空气过滤器后，仍不能达到理想的截面风速时，则应调节风机的工作电压，从而达到理想的均匀风速③、一般在使用十八个月后当风机工作电压调整至最高点时，仍不能达到理想风速时，则说明高效空气过滤器积尘过多（滤料上滤孔已基本被堵，要及时更新），一般高效空气过滤器的使用期限为十八个月。

柜体表面为静电腐喷塑工艺，颜色为驼灰皱，柜门装有通体透明有机玻璃，透过玻璃门可以看到分类有序的各种工器具。
柜体外形规格：高*宽*厚2000*800*450（mm），移动灵活，便于摆放。

注意事项：
为了安全使用，柜体应保护接地，本柜设有漏电保护，过热保护装置，电源输入端与柜体绝缘强度≥5MΩ，交流耐压2000V。
