操作说明
气体继电器正常运行时是充满油的，并通过管10和11与取气装置。 阀门(8)、(2)和(9)为常开。 阀门(3)、(4)、(6)或(7)为常闭。
取气装置通常也注满油。 取样步骤如下： A- 取油样：打开阀门(6)或(4) B- 取气，如继电器发出报警或跳闸信号：
打开阀门4并将装置内的油放出。这样通过阀(8)，管(11)和阀(2)吸出继电 器的气体，流入腔体内。运行的进程可通过 观测窗进行检测。当气体集结 到 所需要的量时，关闭阀门(2)和(4)并打开阀门(3)取样。 C- 如测试报警和跳闸回路是否正常运行，参照下列步骤： 关闭阀门(2)，然后再打开阀门(3)和(4)放掉装置内所有的油。将气泵或 COMEM5400806002套件与阀门(5)相连。关闭阀门(3)和阀门(4)并快速抽气 ，同时打开阀门(2)。然后空气会通过管路(11)进入气体继电器的上气室， 这样便降低浮子的位置，进而关闭接点。如期望测试下浮子，首先须关闭继 电器和油枕之间的阀门，以防止空气进入油枕。
结构
COMEM取气装置由铝合金铸件加工而成，配备有： • 热处理过的玻璃观测窗，观测窗的刻度显示油量。 • 取气阀(2)。 • 放气阀(3)。 • 气动试验用的进气阀(5)。 • 继电器放油阀(该阀可安装在继电器的右侧或左侧(6)或(7)。
作为常规试验，所有的铸件都经过环境温度，持续2分钟的2.5bar的注压 试验。每台继电器都有检验证书。 考虑到标准化，该装置安装有左右阀支架，但只配一个阀。 用户可选择安装阀的位置。 • 安装管外经为10，编码为1RDPG00005(标准) • 安装管外经为6，编码为1RDPG00006(按要求) • 安装管外经为8，编码为1RDPG00007(按要求)
结构
新型的气体继电器由铸铝合金构成，具有完善的油密封性能。 1. 气体继电器主体有经热处理过的玻璃观测窗，刻度上标记单位为立方厘米, 显示继电器内部气体容量。放油塞位于主体的底部。 2. 顶盖内有继电器的活动部件。部件包括：两个浮子、玻璃球内的开关，一个 校准的流量阀、和两块磁铁。

一、产品用途QJ系列气体继电器（以下简称继电器），是油浸式变压器所用的一种保护装置，在变压器运行中由于内部故障而使油分解产生气体或造成油流涌动时，使继电器的接点动作，以接通指定的控制回路，并及时发出报警信号或切除信号，从而达到保护变压器的目的。
二、工作原理变压器正常工作时，继电器内是充满变压器油的，当变压器在运行中出现轻微故障时，因变压器油分解而产生的气体将积聚在继电器容器的上部，迫使继电器浮子下降，当浮子降至某一限定位置时，磁铁使信号接点接通，发出报警信号。
若因变压器漏油而使油面降低，同样发出报警信号。
当变压器内部发生严重故障时，油箱内压力瞬时升高，将会出现油的涌浪，从而在管路内产生油流，冲击继电器的挡板运动。
当挡板运行到某一限定位置时，磁铁使跳闸接点接通，将变压器从电网中切除。
三、技术参数1、工作温度-30℃~ +95℃2、接点容量AC220V 0.3A COSФ≤0.6DC 220V 0.3A S≤5 ×10 -3S3、工作特性表一4、密封性能继电器充满变压器油，在常温下加压200kpa，持续20分钟无渗漏。
5、绝缘性能表二6、抗震性能当振动频率在4~20Hz（正弦波），加速度4g时，继电器不误动作。
四、安装与使用1、QJ4-25继电器外形及接线图如图A所示；QJ1-50、80 QJ4-50、80继电器外形及接线图如图B所示，尺寸见表三。
2、继电器安装使用前必须先取出继电器芯子，拆除运输固定用的绑扎带。
然后必须经专业的检验部门检验后方可安装使用。
3、挡板一侧装有弹簧，调节与弹簧连接的调节杆，改变弹簧的长度，可以调整跳闸接点动作的油流速度（动作流速整定工作应由专业人员在专用流速校验设备上进行）。
其余各部件不得随意调动。
4、继电器安装在油浸变压器油箱与储油柜之间的联接管路中，继电器上的箭头必须指向储油柜一侧。
5、安装完毕后，打开联接管路中的油阀，同时打开气塞排出气体，使继电器内充满变压器油，当气塞有油排出时关紧气塞。

Part One General首先，感谢您使用本公司的产品！本公司将竭诚为您服务！本说明书是针对本公司生产的110kV级油浸式电力变压器，包括无励磁调压和有载调压、自耦变压器等安装使用中的一些注意事项及有可能出现的现象加以说明。

第二部分运输及起吊1 运输方式:本公司产品适合公路、铁路、水路等运输方式。
用户可以根据现场实际情况选择运输方式。
２带油运输带油运输的变压器在出厂时充入合格的变压器油，在常温下油面高度离油箱顶约100mm。
变压器运输时应检查有无渗漏现象，特别是箱顶无油部位有无渗漏。
有载调压变压器必须将有载开关内油放至离开关箱顶约100mm，或用专用联通管将变压器油箱与开关油箱联通。
３充氮运输充氮运输的变压器在出厂时充入纯度大于99.9％，露点不高于－40℃的纯氮气。
并在油箱顶上装置充氮设备和压力表。
运输前保持油箱内正压力在0.025～0.03MPa之间，运输过程中压力始终不应低于0.02MPa，否则应及时补气。
４运输装车、固定应严格按照有关运输部门规则执行，并在发运前得到运输部门检验认可。
５主体运输５.１整个运输过程中，（包括铁路、公路、船舶运输）变压器主体倾斜度，长轴方向不大于15°；短轴方向不大于10°。
５.２严禁溜放冲击，运输过程中变压器本体不应有明显位移。
５.３公路运输时，一级公路上速度不超过15km/h,二级公路上速度不超过10km/h。
６主体起吊６.１起吊设备、吊具及装卸地点地基，必须能承受变压器起吊重量（即运输重量），并能满足机械标准中规定的动载荷下必须具备的安全裕度之规定。
６.２起吊时应使用规定的吊攀起吊，并尽可能使每个吊拌同时受力。
吊索与垂直夹角不大于30°；无法满足时应当应采用吊梁起吊。
７主体牵引及起重７.１主体牵引时，牵引点应在变压器重心以下，钢丝绳应挂在下节油箱专用牵引孔上（或用钢丝绳捆绑在变压器油箱上）。

2、气体继电器应水平安装，其观测孔应装在便于监视的一侧，其顶盖上标注的箭头应指向油枕。
3、气体继电器两端的连接油管，应以变压器顶盖为准，保持一定的升高坡度，并不得有急剧的弯曲和相反的斜度；油管上的油门应装在油枕与气体继电器之间。
4、气体继电器的轻瓦斯和重瓦斯触点，在导杆上的安装位置应正确，触点所用的导杆（浮筒）动作时应无卡阻现象。
5、使用直流操作时，为防止气体继电器触点烧损，电源电正极应与水银触点相连，负极应与水银外的固定触点相连。
6、气体继电器的连接导线（或电缆）应耐绝缘油的侵蚀，至少应将连接端约0.5米长度作耐油处理。
7、强迫油循环冷却式变压器，在投入运行前，应按制造厂的规定对冷却油的流速进行调整。

1.1产品用途
QJ3-40气体继电器（以下称继电器）适用于油浸式全密封变压器,具有油位报警、最低油位跳闸、压力释放、注油等功能。本装置替代了管式油位计、QJ-40气体继电器与压力释放阀，本产品取得了实用新型专利。

5．1．1新出厂的继电器使用前应检查浮子动作是否灵活，气体（轻瓦斯）舌簧开关和跳闸舌簧开关应可靠切换。未充油时其方法是在接线端子上接入指示装置，然后倒转继电器（下部向上，上部象下）按动探针检查浮子应自由滑动，舌簧开关应可靠切换。

一.产品简介QJM（F/S）-40全密封变压器气体继电器是全密封变压器的专用综合保护继电器，可对变压器提供重瓦斯保护（压力超限保护）、瓦斯气体保护、油位显示、注油、补油、压力释放等功能。
可极大方便供电部门监视全密封变压器运行情况及诊断变压器故障，适用于全密封变压器及箱式变电站。

压力继电器为油箱内压力的电器保护装置，当油箱内压力达到报警压力值时，压力继电器动作发出报警信号，该信号可用于报警或跳闸，本产品推荐接跳闸；针对全密封变压器其报警信号代表重瓦斯动作。
（注：选择压力报警值应小于压力释放阀开启压力5kPa）4.2本产品的轻瓦斯保护即瓦斯气体量超值保护。
本继电器油室在变压器总装后应充满变压器油，当变压器事故产生轻瓦斯气体时，该气体收集于本继电器的油室内，使油位下降，当达到报警位置时，可发出电器报警信号。
4.3 本产品的油位显示计，可显示变压器油箱下部的油位，可360°任意方向观察，与本公司专利产品多功能管式油位显示计功能相同，即可正确显示油位、补油、压力释放、取气样。
五.外接线说明本产品电器室内设有接线端子板。
端子中：1、2为压力继电器（重瓦斯）无源开关常开接点；3、4为轻瓦斯气体继电器无源开关常开接点，见图2所示。
支持重瓦斯双路报警的气体继电器，其端子中：1、2为第一路压力继电器（重瓦斯）无源开关常开接点；3、4为第二路压力继电器（重瓦斯）无源开关常开接点； 5、6为轻瓦斯气体继电器无源开关常开接点，见图3所示。

产品概述The product overviewQJ G- 型气体继电器是具有动作指示功能的继电器，是安装在800KV A及以上的油浸式变压器（有载分接开关）的一种保护装置，该继电器安装在变压器与储油柜之间的连接管路中。
当变压器（或有载分接开关）内部故障时，产生的气体或油流冲动挡板，使跳闸接点接通，自动切断电源，起保护变压器（或有载分接开关）作用，它是变压器（或有载分接开关）的主要安全保护装置。
它采用挡板式磁力接点结构。
当变压器（或有载分接开关）在运行中、或故障时，继电器内气体达到一定容积时，开口杯下沉，上磁铁使上干簧接点闭合，接通信号回路；当油流冲动挡板，下磁铁使下干簧接点闭合，接通信号回路。
信号接点接通，并发出报警信号，起到保护变压器的作用。
同时，该型号继电器在保有原继电器功能和安装尺寸的情况下，增加了报警信号标记装置和标记复位装置，给检修和故障排除节省了大量的时间，并可以很方便地使指针复位。
A gas’relay in model of QJ G- is one with a indication function of action and is a protection device installed on an oil immersed type of transformer (with a loading tapping switch) in 800KVA or over , which is installed on the connection pipeline between the transformer and an deposted oil tank. When the transformer (or with a loading tapping switch) is in an internal fault, the gas or oil flow will impulse the baffle to make the jump junction turn on and cut off the power automatically to protect the transformer (or with a loading tapping switch), which is a main safety protection device for the transformer (or with a loading tapping switch). It makes use of a baffle type of magnetism junction structure. When the transformer (or with a loading tapping switch) is in running or fault, after gas in the relay reaches at a certain volume, the open cup will sink and the top magnet will make the upper dry spring junction close to turn on the signal loop; When the oil flow impulses the baffle, the bottom magnet will make the bottom dry spring junction close to turn on the signal loop. The signal connection point will be turned on and send out the warning signal to protect the transformer. 气体继电器一、产品用途气体继电器（以下简称继电器），是油浸式变压器所用的一种保护装置，由于变压器内部故障而使油分解产生气体或造成油流涌动时，使继电器的接点动作，接通指定的控制回路，并及时发出信号或自动切除变压器。
一、工作原理变压器正常工作时，继电器内是充满变压器油的，如变压器在运行中出现轻微故障，因变压器油分解而产生的气体将聚集在继电器容器的上部了，迫使继电器浮子下降，当浮子降至某一限定位置时，磁铁使信号接点接通，发出报警信号。
若变压器漏而使油面降低，同样发出报警信号。
如果变压器内部发生严重故障，将会出现油的涌浪，在管路内产生油流，冲击继电器的档板运动，当挡板运动到某一限定位置时，磁铁使跳闸接点接通，切除与变压器连接的所有电源。

（2）继电器安装在变压器油箱与储油柜之间的连接管路中，安装时使继电器上的箭头指向储油柜一侧。
（3）安装完毕后，打开连接管路中的油阀，同时打开气塞排除气体，使继电器内充满变压器油，当气塞有油排出时关紧气塞。
（4）从气塞处打进空气，可以检查“信号”接点动作的可靠性。

When there is serious trouble inside the transformer, plenty of gas will be created. When the gas reaches more than the cutting off gas volume, the magnetic switch operates （Type QJ2-40TH-S K2a on, K2b off）and releases the cutting off signal.
