关于毕业生清考安排的通知
新疆农业大学教务处2012年16号通知关于毕业生清考安排的通知各教学单位:为使毕业生工作顺利进行，学校决定2012年5月6日-5月20日进行本届毕业生清考考试工作，现将2012届毕业生清考工作有关事宜通知如下。
一、考试时间： 5月6日至5月20日。
二、清考对象： 2012届毕业生。
三、考试要求:1、监考人员由开课单位安排，要求学院挑选责任心强、认真负责的教师监考。
2、严格检查考生考试证,未携带考试证的考生不得参加考试,考试期间没有考试证的考生可到电教科(九号楼五楼)补办。
3、教务处考试科集中安排部分公共课程、专业基础课程清考（见附表）。
4、请各单位提前将考试安排报教务处考试科（一律按期末考试格式）。
5、考前必须要求考生清理考场环境，监考教师认真履行监考职责，严肃考场纪律。
6、各教学单位要大力宣传考试纪律与考试违规处理规定，加强诚信教育，要求考生调整心态，沉着应考。
7、5月12、13日一号楼、二号楼不要安排考试。
8、重考成绩必须在考试结束后三天内报教务处教务科。

2014届毕业生毕业前清考工作安排
2014届毕业生毕业前清考工作安排各教学单位：2014届毕业生毕业前清考工作定于2014年4月18日—4月20日进行，现将有关事项说明如下：1、各学院通知学生在教务管理系统WEB端查询（地址为：/）个人的课程修读情况，根据我校学分制要求，各学院学生在校期间需修完所在专业培养方案要求的所有课程，如没有修完（如分数不及格），可以参加毕业前清考。
由于本单位人才培养方案的变动导致学生无法正常修完有关课程的（主要指原先开设的课程后来不再开设这样的情况），学生需提出书面申请，以便教务处或所在学院及时安排其参加清考。
属于公共课的请于并于4月7日以前以学院为单位将申请表提交教务处教务科，属于专业课的请直接将申请表交到所在学院教学秘书处。
没有选上课的学生需提交申请表。
要求同上。
2、公修考试课清考由教务处统一组织，考试时间暂定为2014年4月19日（周六），具体时间及科目另行通知。
考试地点：学校平原路校区综合教学楼阶梯教室109、110、207、208、307、308等多媒体教室。
请公共考试课承担单位于4月7日前将清考试卷交教务处教务科。
3、各学院专业课、实验课、技术课、考查课由各学院组织安排清考，集中安排在4月18日——4月20日三天。
各单位请于4月11日以前将考试安排交教务科。
4、公修考查课、非本学院承担课程请各学院教学秘书与该课程承担单位教学秘书联系。
5、所有毕业生必须在规定的考试时间内参加清考，过期不再另行安排。
6、全校公选课不及格学生不安排清考。
7、所有参加清考的学生须凭本人学生证和身份证参加考试，其它证件无效，证件丢失的同学请抓紧提前办理，由于证件不齐全导致学生无法正常参加考试的，责任由学生自行承担。
8、各学院要认真组织评卷，评卷结束后，各学院（部）教学秘书于2014年4月21日—4月25日将清考成绩录入系统，4月28日将清考成绩登分册原件交教务处教务科备查。
9、各有关单位要严格考试记律，坚持逢考必严。

关于2011届毕业生清考安排的通知(3)
关于2011届毕业生毕业清考安排的通知各学院（部）：现对2011届毕业生组织毕业清考，望各学院（部）按照要求通知相关学生，并组织学生报名。
具体事宜安排如下：一、清考课程1. 所有未及格的必修课（报名库见qkk1.xls）（必修课未及格者均应参加相应课程的清考）；2. 所有未及格的限选课（报名库见qkk1.xls）（限选课未及格者均应参加相应课程的清考）；各学院需根据文件qkk1.xls，对照附件“兰州交通大学2011届本科毕业生各专业选修课学分下限及限选课程统计表”确定报名学生名单。

三、考试1．必修、限选课考试时间为4月26——5月8日；2．请各学院将考试安排填于清考报名软件中。
请数理院、外语院、经管院、马克思院、体育部各单位将本学院（部）公共课程的考试安排于4月28日前填于清考报名系统中；其他学院根据教务网公布的公共课程考试时间安排将本学院专业课程的考试安排于4月30日前填于清考报名系统中；考试需用教室者可与教务科联系。

关于2009级清考注意事项的通知
1、参加考试时必须携带学生证和身份证，图书证不作为考试时的身份确认
证明。
注：不带身份证或学生证的不予开任何证明。
2、迟到15分钟不得进入考场，开考30分钟后方可离开考场。
3、考试时试题纸和答题纸上均需填上年级、专业、班级、姓名、学号；答
题纸上需填写学年、学期及考试课程。
考试时务必将试题答案全部答在答题纸上。

4、<<大学英语>>的考试务必携带收音机及耳机，不得公放，影响他人考试。

合肥工业大学教务部合工大教务函〔2016〕41 号关于2016-2017学年第二学期本科生选课选教的通知各学院（部）、相关单位，各位同学：根据教学工作安排，合肥校区从第18周开始进行各年级本科生选课选教工作。
为确保教学工作的有序进行，维护选课工作的严肃性，所有选课工作务必在规定时间内进行，选课时间截止后，选课系统将自动关闭，学生注册中心将不再处理任何选课申请。
请各学院分管教学副院长加强对选课选教工作的组织领导，认真做好本院学生的选课工作。
现将2016-2017学年第二学期本科生选课选教工作的有关事项安排如下：一、选课时间及注意事项第一轮（正选本学期第18周）2016年 12月27日（周二）8：30—29日（周四）17：30学生根据自己专业的指导性教学计划，参照“2016-2017学年第二学期课程预告”所公布的课程信息（包括上课时间、地点和教师），在学院指导老师的指导下上机提交选课申请。
选课系统按照机会均等的原则，根据优选范围对选课申请进行处理。
第二轮（补选及重修选课本学期第19周）2017年1月3日（周二）8：30—5日（周四）17：30学生上网查看选课结果，对第一轮未选中的课程，可根据选课系统中课程预告的容量余额，再次上机提交选课申请，但应注意避免与选中课程上课时间的冲突。
跨年级重修、跨专业选修的选课申请可从本轮次开始提交，选课系统不再作非优选类别的数据剔除。
请同学们注意自行避让课程之间上课时间的冲突。
第三轮（个人调整选课下学期开学第1、2周）2017年2月21日（周二）8：30—23日（周四）17：302017年2月28日（周二）8：30—3月2日（周四）17：30学生可以进行增选、改选、退选课程。
此轮选课数据是动态实时的，改选时要防止退选后无课可选的情况发生。
该轮选课期间，请各学院教务人员登录教学管理系统查看本学院“计划--选课结果对照表”，及时通知相关学生进行增选、改选、退选，并通知所有学生在系统开放期间务必查看自己选课的结果，以免漏选、错选。
关于大学英语课程免修免考的暂行规定
全国大学英语四级550分及以上、六级考试成绩425分及以上、TOEFL成绩在85分及以上（两年内有效）、GRE成绩在310分及以上（两年内有效）、IELTS成绩6.0分（两年内有效）及以上。满足以上条件之一者可以申请免修尚未取得学分的大学英语课程一门（大学英语3或大学英语4）。

一.申请免修免考的条件及课程
1.大学英语1-2课程申请免修的条件
全国大学英语四级考试成绩425分及以上、TOEFL成绩在75及以上（两年内有效）、GRE成绩300分及以上（两年内有效）、IELTS成绩5.5分（两年内有效）及以上。满足以上条件之一者可以申请免修尚未取得学分的大学英语课程一门（大学英语1或大学英语2）。

我们先来说一下是清考制作呢?通俗一点来说呢，就是一门学科或者多门学科始终是考不过且多次挂科的学生们来说，学校会组织学生在大四的时候，统一安排一场考试，清理大学这四年来所挂的科目。
但是，这个清考的存在，可是一直是饱受诟病的。
因为很多优秀的学生就会觉得很不公平，在大学中自己不努力学习，最后还能顺利毕业，拿到大学的毕业证书、学位证，自己这些年这么努力感觉就是白费了一样，最后出去还是跟他们一样的起跑线。
而且中国的许多大学都是严进宽出，而不是严进严出，为国家输送有用的人才。
清考的出现，很大程度上是打压了平时优秀的学生们学习积极性，严重来说的话是有点纵容差生们不断在大学里面堕落自己，整天无所事事，不知进取，这可是不符合当代大学生的作为。
不过，最近教育部就是突然宣布一个消息，里面有一条就是关于这个清考的，对于一些打算混毕业证的学生们来说，可是有点危机了。

清考通知
关于清考事项通知：
一、清考时间。
寒假清考部分科目。
具体科目和考试时间届时通知。
但是1月11日12日需在校办理转考证。
二、清考要求：
1.清考机会只有一次，不予办理缓考。
凡是不参加清考，或者清考成绩不合格者不予颁发毕业证。
2.要求参加清考的同学以纸质形式提出申请，内容包括：大一至大五需要清考的科目。
不写申请的人不办准考证。
该清考申请必须在12月8号交给学习委员，学委收齐后交到辅导员办公室。
注意：请需要清考的同学务必仔细核对需要考试的科目，防止无法参加考试导致不能按期毕业！！。

1．考试时间：
大学英语二级（BII，B二级）1月6日8:15-10:15（听力8:15开始）
大学英语三级（BIII，B三级，AI）1月6日13:30-15:30（听力13:30开始）

2．1月6日上下午考试时，主监考须提前半小时到考务办公室（朝晖A504，屏峰语510）领卷，副监考提前十五分钟到考场，做好清考工作。
1月18日大学英语C，D，R的考试由任课教师直接将试卷带到考场。
3．监考老师必须认真清理考场，并检查考生证件（凭身份证或学生证，其他证件一律无效），无证一律不准进入考场。
4．必须提醒学生：有关电子通讯设备必须关闭，否则以作弊处理。
5．听力频率：朝晖FM72.9; 屏峰FM 72.1。
6．试卷回收，试卷和答题纸分开放；答题纸请按任课教师分别装入大信封中，并在封面写明教师姓名和人数；并填写好考场情况登记表。
7．监考老师将上条所涉及的所有材料送回考务办公室，当面清点完试卷份数后方可离开。
8．如出现试卷不够的情况，请监考人员附近考场调卷，若试卷还不够，请联系考务办公室或巡视人员。

本科学生申请提前毕业管理规定
根据《本科学生学籍管理实施细则》规定：标准学制为4年的本科学生在校学习时间为3至6年，标准学制为5年的本科学生在校学习时间为4至7年。
为便于对申请提前毕业的本科学生进行有效的教学管理，特制定本规定。
一、申请条件
（一）其课程成绩排名应在本学院同年级同专业的前20%；
（二）无补考记录；
（三）国家英语四级考试成绩达到学校规定的合格分数；
（四）无纪律处分。
二、申请程序
（一）学生向所在学院提交提前毕业的书面申请；
（二）经学院院务会讨论、审核后，制定学生提前修读课程计划；
（三）学生填写《提前修读课程申请表》，每学期提前修读的课程不超过5门。
三、管理办法
（一）学院对申请提前毕业的学生应建立档案，及时记载和登录其课程成绩，严格进行管理；
（二）在提前修读的课程考试和按正常教学计划进行的课程考试发生冲突时，学生必须参加按正常教学计划进行的课程考试，
提前修读的课程可办理缓考手续；
（三）申请提前毕业的学生，应交清学费，并凭计划财务处开具的收据清单到教务处登记；
（四）符合提前毕业条件的学生，应在第6学期（标准学制为5年的在第8学期）开学1个月内向学院提交提前毕业书面申请，并附个人成绩单，经学院审核后，报教务处备案。
四、本暂行规定自下发之日起执行，由教务处负责解释。
关于“大学英语”课程免修免考的暂行规定
全国大学英语四级 550 分及以上、六级考试成绩 425 分及以上、TOEFL 成绩在 85 分及以上（两年内有效）、GRE 成绩在 310 分及以上（两年内有效）、IELTS 成绩 6.0 分 （两年内有效）及以上。满足以上条件之一者可以申请免修尚未取得学分的大学英语课 程一门（大学英语 3 或大学英语 4）。

第二条新生入学后须按照国家新生入学规定进行健康和资格复查。
复查合格者准许办理注册手续，即取得学籍。
复查不合格者不得办理注册手续，由学院视情况予以保留入学资格或取消入学资格。
第三条新生体检复查时发现患有疾病不能坚持学习，经短期内治疗可达到健康标准者，由本人申请，教务处审核，报学院分管院领导批准，可保留入学资格一年。

关于大学英语课程毕业前补考的相关通知
针对我校毕业生在大学英语课程（包括大学英语精读和大学英语视听说）毕业前补考成绩不及格的情况，学校做如下规定：
参加大学英语课程毕业前补考成绩不及格的学生，如有以下情节，可视同成绩合格：
1. 大学期间已参加过全国大学英语四级考试，且成绩在425分以上（含425分）。
2. 已成功通过全国研究生入学考试，且被相关专业正式录取。
3. 已取得国外相关大学的录取通知，且雅思成绩在5.5以上（含5.5）或新托福成绩在61分以上（含61分）。
