03 聚氨酯缓冲器
聚氨酯缓冲器
聚氨酯缓冲器的构造与橡胶缓冲器相似（见图3-1）。但这种缓冲器的重量轻，使用寿命比橡胶缓 冲器长。
工作原理：聚氯酯缓冲器是利用聚氯酯材料特殊的微孔气泡结构来吸能缓冲，在受冲击过程中相当 于一个带有多气囊阻尼的弹簧。

6.3. 转速模式下的操作 a、在压力模式下，按“模式”按键，系统进入转速模式（在怠速状态下，轻触 “模式”按
键就可以转换模式，当发动机转速高于怠速时，为避免误操作，按“模式”按键 3 秒钟以上才能 进行转换）。这时转速模式工作状态指示灯会亮起。“增加”按键和“减少”按键可以方便地调节 到期望的转速。当按下“增加”或“减少”按键时，信息显示屏会实时显示转速设定值。每按一 次“增加”或“减少”按键，发动机转速增加或减少 10RPM。按住按键 2 秒钟以上，发动机转 速会变为每次增加或减少 50RPM（持续两次），然后是每次增加或减少 100RPM，直到松开按 键。
b、“设置”按键可以方便快速地将出水口压力变为预设值。按“设置”按键时，信息显示屏 会显示预设值，全自动压力平衡装置会改变发动机的转速直到压力达到预设值为止。使用“设置” 按键后，仍可以用“增加”或“减少”按键改变压力值。
c、结束操作后，按“怠速”按键发动机会快速回复到怠速状态，此时信息显示屏会显示 “IDLE” 。

1. 概述
ACA122 全自动压力平衡装置参照 NFPA 标准制造，经由 J1939 数据总线，是专门设计用 于消防车的水泵智能控制系统。可以通过控制发动机转速保持水泵出口压力恒定不变（压力模 式），或者忽略载荷因素保持发动机转速恒定不变（转速模式）。使用者可以从操作面板上直观地 读取水泵出入口压力，发动机转速，发动机油压，电瓶电压等信息。显示屏会根据环境的明暗程 度自动调整显示亮度。操作过程中如果水泵断水，发动机转速自动减少到怠速状态，当供水恢复 后，水泵压力会恢复到设定状态。该装置具有通讯可靠，控制精确，操作简单，功能丰富等特点。

油压缓冲器受到撞击后，液压油从压力缸内腔通过节流嘴与调节杆形成的环状孔隙进入柱塞筒的内腔，见图1，液压油的流量由锥形调节杆控制。
随着柱塞筒的向下运动，节流嘴与调节杆形成的环状孔隙逐渐减小，导致制停力基本恒定，在接近行程末端时减速过程结束。
在制停轿箱或对重过程中，其动能转化为油的热能，即消耗了轿箱或对重的动能。
排油截面积的设计：油压缓冲器的制动特性主要取决于排油截面的设计。
合理地设计排油截面将使缓冲过程平稳，冲击力小。
在节流嘴内孔确定的情况下，改变调节杆的锥度可达到合理的排油截面。
应用流体力学原理可计算出合理的排油截面，从理论上计算出来的调节杆是一连续变化的曲面，与锥面接近，但加工和测量比较困难。
调节杆的实际锥度需要通过大量的试验后才能定型，以便达到最佳效果。
图1三、产品结构分析YH5/640、YH26/830、YH27/1080: 结构与我厂现有定型产品的结构基本相同，复位弹簧放在柱塞筒的内部，油标放在压力缸的侧面。
该产品设计时采用全封闭结构，缓冲器作用期间无向外泄漏液压油的现象。
缓冲器顶部装有密封螺塞部件，起到单向阀的作用（此项技术在我厂的定型缓冲器产品中已经采用，并获得国家专利），在缓冲器受到撞击时柱塞筒向下运动，此时密封螺塞部件受到内腔压力的作用而保持关闭的状态，当缓冲器复位时，在复位弹簧的作用下，柱塞筒向上运动，接近复位末端时单向阀打开，使缓冲器完全复位，具体结构见图2。

油压调节阀的结构和功能以及油压的检测介绍油压调节器有两项功能：①调节供油系统的油压，使喷油器进出口压差保持恒定。
②缓冲由于喷油器喷油和油泵泵油而引起的油压波动。
燃油油压调节器的结构：1.由膜片、回油阀、弹簧、回油管和铝合金壳体组成。
2.阀体固定在金属膜片上，阀体与阀门之间安装有一个球阀，球阀用弹片托起，球阀与阀体之间的小弹簧使球阀与阀门保持接触。
3.壳体上有3个接头，分别与进油管、回油管以及节气门至进气歧管之间的真空管连接。
油压调节器的工作原理：簧室和下燃油室。
且由膜片控制溢流阀的开度，以保持上、下两室的压力平衡。
2）当燃油室油压升高超过弹簧压力与真空气体压力的合力时同，膜片向上拱曲，调节器阀门打开，部分燃油从球阀经回油口流回油箱，使燃油压力降低，当压力降低到调节器设定的控制油压时，球阀关闭，以保持从油泵单向阀到压力调节器之间油路具有一定压力。
燃油压力调节器检测 1.燃油压力调节器的故障及其影响：燃油压力调节器的主要故障是膜片破裂和弹簧张力疲劳衰减后变小。
当出现故障时，将直接影响喷油压差的准确性和供应量，从而导致发动机供油不稳定、起动困难、加速无力、怠速不稳、油耗增加以及冒黑烟等弊病。
2.检测方法①油压检测：将油压表接入燃油管路，测量怠速燃油压力。
当拆下调节器上的真空软管时，系统压力应升高50kPa左右。
否则表明燃油压力调节器有故障，应予更换。
②工作情况检查：用导线跨接燃油泵的两个检查孔，打开点火开关，让油泵运转5 min后观察油压，该油压即为燃油压力调节器的保持油压。
若压力降低，表明燃油压力调节器有泄漏，应予更换。
油压调节器的输出特性: 1）当进气歧管内的气体压力下降时（真空度增大），膜片上移，回油阀开度增加，回油量增加，燃油分配管内油压下降，保持与变化了的进气歧管压力差。
