二、付款：T/T

PAYMENT

口由买方开具保兑、不可撤销、可转让、可分割的，全部货款金额以合约所订货币支付的信用证，

凭货运单据交到在的中国银行付款/议付。该征必须在装船期前天开至卖方。信用证在中国的议付有效期延到装船期后15 天，并须有下列规定：

1. 允许分装和转船；

2. 如在规定的装船期内，由于船期变更或其他非卖方所能控制的原因而不能装运，本信用证船期和结汇有效期得自动展延15 天。

2.ln case of the shipme nt being not effected wit in the stipulated time owing to the

alteration of sailing schedule or other reasons beyond the Sellers ' control, the date

of shipment and the validity of negotiation in the Letter(s) of Credit are automatically

exte nded for 15 days.

三、保险

INSURANCE

口由卖方按发票金额110% 按照中国人民保险公司中国保险条款投保险。买

方如需加保其他险别和/或加保金额，须经卖方认可后，加保费用均由买方负担。
