当CPI上升时，普通家庭不得不花费 更多的美元以维持不变的生活水平 When the CPI rises, the typical family has to spend more dollars to maintain the same standard of living.
用某一年该篮子的价格除以其在基年的价格，再乘 以100，算得这一指数
Compute the index by dividing the price of the basket in one year by the price in the base year and
multiplying by 100.
