产品用途

防螨虫整理剂MITE是一种针对家用纺织品具有广泛卫生保护作用的助剂。MITE可与纤维上的羟基、胺基形成共价键，被固定于纤维上，故具有可靠的防螨效果。也可以通过交链固着剂在织物表面形成防虫药膜，对螨虫等有高效、快速的驱避作用。防螨虫整理剂MITE可广泛用于整理床上用纺织品、针织品、地毯、窗帘等装饰用布及军用纺织品。

在室温和湿润的环境下，家用纺织品容易成为螨虫滋生的场所，螨虫的排泄物是引起哮喘和皮肤过敏的致病源。这样的情况不仅不卫生，而且容易产生不良气味。枕头、床垫不可能经常清洗，地毯也只是吸尘，螨虫只是被普通的清洗和吸尘去除一部分，残留的部分仍然会繁殖出更多的病原体。MITE能解决这样的麻烦，它使螨虫的增殖、织物的霉变、产生异味都成为不可能。

Non-ion or negative ion softener right amount

Mixing operation:

Add most water, stir, then add MITE-1 then add MITE-2, and add non-ion or negative ion softener, continue to stir. Please use it quickly.

Padding process:

Fabric padding the agent (expressing: 60-100%) Drying(80-100℃) Curing (130-140℃× 30s, or 120×2min)

Dipping process:

Fabric Dipping the agent (bath ratio1:10, 5-10℃) Separating water Drying(70-100℃) Curing(140℃×30s,or 120×2min)

Packaging and storage:：

25kg 、120kg plastic barrel, keep cool warehouse at temperature above 0°C, and storage life for a year. In low temperature may be sediment, and heat it at 20 will dissolve. There is no influence to the agent.
