有关合同谈判

This Contract is made by and between the Buyers and the Sellers, in December 3, 2011 ,whereby the Buyers agree to buy and the Sellers agree to sell the under mentioned commodity according to the terms and conditions stipulated below:

G\ L：Good afternoon !

F\W: Good afternoon !

G: We are representatives from Brisbane Sunshine Hotel Company. F: We are the manufacture in sanitary ware.

L: Today we want to discuss some terms and conditions about the contract.

W: Ok… Let’s begin.

L: We order your new products, but we have some doubts with these new goods.

F: We specialize in manufacturing the sanitary ware, which have enjoyed great popularity in world market.

W: So you can cooperate with us without any worries.

G: That’s great. As to the second terms about the price, while appreciating the quality of your commodity, we find your price on the high side.

F: But compared with similar products in the international market, our products are of competitive price and high quality.

L: We intend to establish the long-term business relationship with your company.

G: So we shall be grateful if you could give your lowest price as

possible as you can.

W: Oh~ In view of our long relationship, we are prepared to allow you

a 10% discount in the price if you order exceeds 200 cartoons.

F: About the fifth terms, our company is not satisfied with the packing. G: The outer packing should be strong enough for transportation. As to the inner packing , it must be attractive and helpful to the sales.

F：Y ou may rest assured that the packing is strong enough to withstand rough handling.

L: Each cartoon is lined with a polythene sheet and secured by metal strap, thus preventing the contents from dampness and possible damage through rough handling.

W: We can meet your special requirement for packing but the extra packing charges should be borne by you.

G: No problem! We are particularly concerned about the mode of packing for this kind of goods. So we can receive this condition.

As the selling season is coming ,our clients are in urgent need of the products.

L: So we wish you can ship the goods as soon as possible to enable to catch the brisk demand at the start of the season.

F: We try our best to deliver the goods on or before the end of December .

W: As to the last term, about the payment. As a usual practice , we only

accept payment by L\C, so we are much regretted for being unable to entertain your request of payment by D\P.

G: As a token of our sincere cooperation , we agree to draw at L\C on condition that you confirm order before the end of this month.

F: That’s great. We must ship the goods on time.

Finally: Both side shaking hands .

G: We believe this contract is symbol for the beginning of our long-term cooperation.

W: We are also glad to cooperate with your company.
