自动化立体仓库设备

摘要

自动化立体仓库的机械设备主要包括货架、托盘和货箱、巷道式堆垛机。自动化立体仓库中的电气与电子设备主要是指检测装置、信息识别装置、控制装置、通信设备。

系统所用的堆垛机的动力系统，底座的左右运动和货叉的前后运动是通过滚珠丝杠进行，堆垛机的上下运动使用电动机带动卷板机实现。系统中的三台电机均是交流异步电动机，采用变频调速控制。控制器为西门子PLC CPU226 ，系统采用OMRON E6B2增量式光电编码器对电机的转速进行监控，反馈信号进入模拟量输入模块EM231。系统的变频调速是通过变频器实现，所选择的的变频器均为三菱FR-E540系列。变频器与PLC为点对点连接，用PLC的输出信号直接控制变频器。为更精确控制电机速度，再用OMRON E6B2光电编码器对电机测速，信号反馈到PLC 中，是控制器能及时准确的做出反应，实现PLC的控速效果达到最佳。

现代仓储系统的电气与电子设备。现代仓储系统的货物存取是通过数据库存储物品的编码实现。货物在入库前采用Mask Barcode条码生成器V2.0.2对货物进行编码，对物品的编码一方面存入数据库一方面打印给客户取货时用。在取货时条码经MS7600 Horizon读取，在数据库中查询对应的信息取货。系统为保证电路中光电编码器、PLC等设备的供电情况，还设计了输出分别为+5V和+24V的开关电源。
