Threat
The threat maybe come from south factory in China. They have more largefactory workshops, advanced equipment andproduction technology.Comparingtothe South factory, we can only avoid this threat by price advantage.
In the end ,bycomparingall situations,I thinkthat more opportunity than challenge.Catchingthe opportunities of e-commerce development is the most important thing at present. Atthe same time, we also need to find some south quality suppliers as long term partners as soon as possible.

FINDINGS
Strength
For our company, thebiggeststrength is geographical position. Company is located in“textile hometown”--Gaoyang county Hebei Province.It is very close toTianjin portandconvenienttoexport. On the other hand,we have more than ten years’experiencesintowel production and sales, so we have accumulated a lot of quality suppliersandcustomers. In addition,we get some new customer throughCanton fairevery year.
Opportunity
As we all know, the E-businessisbecoming more and morepopular. Fortunately, we have joinedtheAlibaba and received harvest. Next stepwe will try to enter the Amazon online market. I think this is a good opportunity for us.
主要各种毛巾制品，有毛巾，沙滩巾，浴巾，厨房巾，浴袍，毛巾被，擦车巾，运动巾，穆斯林包巾和斗篷。
材质有棉，超细纤维，竹纤维和珊瑚绒。主要出口到日本，俄罗斯，东南亚，美国，加拿大，澳大利亚等60多个国家和地区。

Weakness
Thebiggestweaknessisfrom environmentalprotection.Asfactory isnearbyBeijing ,we are limited on the towel production frequently.Anotherseriousproblem isthat many factory face the difficultyofemploying workers. So production is subject to considerable restrictions and can only be doneordersby finding some southern factoriessometime.
Suggestion
For our company, price had became our largest strength.We needtopay more attentioninstudyingsouth factoryproductionadvantageand foreign trade experience. In addition,we shouldincrease the input of network business department and develop new online market.I believe our company will become China mainly towels supplier in the future.

Conclusion
Before makinga conclusion,I studythe companybusinessperformance carefully. I found that our mainlycustomers arefrom India. The productsalso are mainly somelow value-added products. Sowe have to change the product type and markets. We plan topaymore attention to the baby product and European marketin the future.
