五、中西餐区别:

西餐是我国人民对于西方各国菜点的统称,它和中餐代表了不同的饮食文化,二者有着很多的不同:首先从选材上比较,中餐以米面为主食,配以蔬菜肉类,而西餐以肉类为主食,以蔬菜水果米面为搭配,其次从加工方法上讲,中餐讲究刀工精细,而西餐则是整形整块,特别讲究摆盘的艺术。从使用餐具上比较,中餐使用筷子,而西餐使用刀和叉。两者最大的区别在于进餐顺序和方式上的不同,中餐是共用制,一个人点菜大家共同享用,而西餐一般是分餐制,要自己为自己点菜,中餐是边吃边上往往会摆上满满一桌,而西餐严格按照吃完一道再上下一道的原则,客人面前始终只有一道菜。中餐中搭配的饮品主要是中国白酒,啤酒和中国茶,西餐往往以葡萄酒佐餐,而且西方人习惯于餐后饮用一杯咖啡。

2)咖啡的起源:公元500年,(1500多年前)在非洲的埃塞额比亚有一个年轻的牧羊人叫

卡迪,有一天他的羊群没有按时回家,卡迪就去寻找,他发现他的山羊围着一棵灌木兴奋的打转,他就好奇的尝了几颗红色的果实,结果自己也变的很高兴,卡迪就把这种果实带给了当地的修道院,修士们利用这种果实煮出来香气四溢的饮料就是我们现在饮用的咖啡。

咖啡因:咖啡里苦味的来源,也是兴奋作用的来源,白色晶体。每人每天咖啡的摄入量为2——3杯,一杯咖啡提神作用的时间在2——4个小时。

单宁:咖啡里酸味的来源,起到平衡苦味的作用。

糖:经过烘培后转化成焦糖,焦香味的主要来源。
