每年都有那么多人给无数的公司发去同样的简历。就我个人来看,这是非常低效率的,原因在于这些人没有把写简历和投简历这件事当那么一回事。

但是真正目的明确地投简历都是为每个公司量身订造一份简历。也许你的事迹还是那些,但是你一定要做一些修改。根据什么来修改呢?很简单,上这个公司的网站,或者谷歌,看看他们要什么样的品质的人。在我这个例子当中,PG对于职业经理人的要求首要的是领导力,其次是团队精神,因此我把这两个特点放在重中之重的位置,并且用一切经历过的事情去套这两个品质。换句话说,假设另外一个公司首先要求的是思维的敏捷和创新精神,我一定会用我的所有经历去套这样的两个品质。或者甚至是同样的事迹,但是从不同的角度去谈。一句话总结:首先了解对方需求,然后再有针对性下笔。

2.态度最重要:

有很多人用撒网捞鱼的策略,但是并不有效。从心理上讲,投简历我们都希望收到一个来自对方的信息反馈。但是现实是确实有很多公司不给反馈,或者胡乱给反馈。在这种环境下,有人就容易产生自暴自弃的情绪,不再认真面对每个细节,觉得无所谓,反正撒网,能捞到啥就是啥。

我要提出的是无论你要申请的公司是如何给你反馈的,或者预期,道听途说他们是怎么给反馈的,有针对性地仔细写自己的简历都能最大化你的成功率,如果你做出了这么多的努力,还是收到负面反馈,那么无非说明,要么这个公司要求的东西你没有,要么这个公司招聘程
