如果要在户外安装该设备,请提供天气保护条件。

冷凝器 EGK 1/2 必须垂直安装在面板上或者台面上。

如果安装在台面上,保证冷凝器在运行过程中不会倾斜。

以玻璃,不锈钢或者PVDF 制的热交换器须从冷凝器顶部插入。

情报正在冷凝器的顶部和底部与留有足够的空间以保证连接管的方便安装。

安装的地点必须有充足的天气保护条件,冷凝器周围需有足够的空间保证空气的循环。

环境温度不能超过+5 至 +50°C (+41 至+122°F).请务必保障空气的自由循环。

冷凝器两边必须保持至少10厘米 (4 英寸) 的空隙。

特别是当冷凝器处于机柜内时,请务必保证空气的自由流动。

必要时请安装风扇。

3.1 安装根据应用参数的要求,连接管路材料的选择需适当且密封性好。

连接Duran 玻璃制成的热交换器时须注意避免对玻璃的损坏。

确定所有连接到冷凝器的气路管道都带有一定的倾斜度,使其单靠地球引力便能使冷凝水自动排到热交换器内。

在高湿成分的应用下,需在冷凝器上游安装一个疏水器。

(见产品目录表选用合适类型) 气体入口处标注为红色。

在连接时请小心玻璃制的热交换器。

手动固定装置。

如果气泵被置于冷凝器上方,冷凝物能被自动排除。

如果气泵被置于冷凝器下方,需配置蠕动泵或冷凝水罐用于冷凝排除。

(参见我们的产品目录表,选取合适的配置)重要注意: PVDF 制的热交换器DTV 类型不能使用自动除凝器,必须与蠕动泵相连。

冷凝排除可以直接与带有不锈钢制的热交换器的冷凝器上。

玻璃制的热交换器的冷凝排除必须连上有韧性的软管,并用单独的支架固定好。

冷凝管路的安装必须带有一定的倾斜度,并且软管的内壁直径不能少于8 mm (0.3 英寸)。

安装及使用明说书3.2 电子线路连接该设备配有拓展的EMC 保护。

如果进行绝缘测试,电子过滤设备会受到损坏。

出厂前已对所有必须进行测试的组成成分进行测试。

(根据设备不同,测试1KV 或者1,5KV 电压)如果您想自行进行绝缘测试,请只对相应的单个组成部件进行测试。

在进行绝缘测试前,请分别断开压缩机,风扇,加热器或者蠕动泵。

冷凝器EGK1/2装有2个插座接头,一个用于电源输入,另一个用于警报输出。

两者不能互换,而且必须按照下图所示进行接线(图中所示数字亦显示在连接器上)。

屏幕会持续闪烁直至达到所设定的温度范围。

初始连接状态是警报状态。

所设定的温度范围达到后,屏幕会持续显示温度,初始状态转换到OK。

4.1 菜单功能操作基本操作概述:如果您已经有制冷器的使用经验,请使用以下的简短说明。

¾ 请将冷凝器接上电源直至其进入开机程序。

开始在短时间内会显示在设备中安装的软件界面,接着设备就会进入测量值显示的界面。

(设备保证在设定模式时,样气是被控制的。

) ¾ 您可以根据 图表1通过按键 t b 对主菜单进行操控。

¾ 通过按键(j), 相关的子菜单被激活。

¾ 现在可以设置参数。

在子菜单中,通过使用按键t b 来改变参数并通过按键j 来确定所选择的菜单选项。

¾ 参数值只能在规定的极限之内通过按键t b 来改变。

通过按键j 可在系统内储存所设定的值,然后设备自动回到子菜单。
