It is better to relax by a movie or reading a book than doing physical exercise.
The fast-paced urban life style has made individuals more exhausted and monotonous. Nowadays many people are chasing relax by watching movie or reading a book, but other people choose to do physical exercise. As far as I am concerned, physical exercise is a better way to release pressure.
To begin with, it is true that watching movies or reading a book can calm our nerves; dose this is the best way to relax? One may gain temporary ease by watching movies or reading a book, but continual sound in body and mind must by taking physical exercise. To exemplify what I mean, No one can deny that a great basketball team, in which all players keep sharing the ball, trusting and encouraging each other, is more likely to win the game. In other words, playing sports teaches people lessons about life. Playing sports makes people realize that team work can help them get through difficulties and achieve success. Therefore, very largely, it is due to physical exercise to develop a physically and mentally health life.
In addition, physical exercise makes people know that friendship goes beyond competition. No doubt that collisions and quarrel resulting from tough games may inevitably occur, the key to which is all players should understand that friendship values more than
games. If they know competition is temporary, they will realize friendship is eternal at the same time. It is one meaning of life, which could not be experienced by watching a move or reading a book.
To sum up, watching moves are not the effective way to build us mind and body strong. Obviously , few of us can ignore the fact that physical exercise is the better way to relax.
