Do you like advertisements on TV?
Objectively
speaking, some of them are creative, entertaining and inspiring, but most of them are just nothing but torture. The worse thing is that they always pop up out of nowhere when I am in the middle of my favorite TV series. So I guess I am not that into TV advertisements.
Do advertisements influence your choice about what to buy?
No.
I don't let some advertisements tell me what I'm going to buy. If I'm interested in a product, a car for example, I will look at the comments online in advance to find out the first – hand using experience. I always depend on true stories instead of advertisements to find out the quality goods with reasonable prices.
Today,
media is so blatantly filled with advertising: TV, radio, magazine, newspaper and billboards. The most clever one I’ve ever seen is the ad on the public bathroom door where you can’t help but fixing your eyes on it. Sometimes it feels like I can’t go anywhere without running into some ad.

How do you feel about advertisements?
I
find advertising annoying because it makes us feel or think in a certain way. Advertisers are good at getting our attention and planting the seeds of emotion and through that they can convince us of some beliefs: our houses are too small, our cars are too slow and our lifestyles are too outdated. So in a sense, I guess you can say ads are trying to brainwash us.

I
guess, for manufacturers, ad could be very helpful in promoting their products. As for customers, advertisements contains the newest information in sales and latest trend in fashion. Since there are so many brands right now, advertisers are going full length to catch the eyeballs of buyers.

I
used to be crazy about it. But since I got my computer, the novelty of TV has gradually worn off. It is much easier to search for the programs I want online, plus I can watch them whenever I want. And the best part is that there are none of those annoying endless advertisements if you purchase the membership card of the website.
Do you like advertisements on TV?
No.
They are always a nightmare for me. The TV advertisements today appear to be not only boring but also disturbing. They interrupt in the middle of our enjoyment of a game or a program. Plus, most of the advertisement materials are not very classy. So, I prefer my TV shows uninterrupted by ads.

am a big fan of them. Watching foreign TV programs enables me to learn more about western culture. Besides, it is a shortcut for me to soak up a foreign language quickly. I can imitate their way of speaking, which is far better and much more effective than those traditional learning techniques.
What kind of advertisement do you like the most?
Word
of mouth is hands down the best advertising. It's one of the most credible forms of advertising because every time people make a recommendation, they have nothing to gain but the appreciation of those who are listening.
What kind of TV programs do you love?
Reality
shows attract me the most because they are entertaining and relaxing. It is kind of exciting to peep into the lives of celebrities and they help me run away from my daily grind, which is a real blessing to me.
