高职商务英语专业毕业设计模式的构建摘要：毕业设计是高职教育的一个重要的实践性教学环节，但目前商务英语专业毕业设计中还存在许多问题，与商务英语专业人才培养目标有一定的偏差。
本文针对上述问题，结合我校商务英语专业毕业设计实践，提出构建基于成果为本的毕业设计模式，以保证毕业设计的质量，并期望能为高职毕业设计提供思路。

（二）目标不明确，评价太随意很多高职院校对于毕业设计多是格式、字数和内容上的要求，对于质量并无具体要求，目标不明确，毕业设计的质量管理缺乏规范性和系统性。

商务英语专业毕业设计商务英语专业毕业设计幼儿园大班综合课教学方案设计―― 以《乌鸦喝水》为例一、活动名称：《乌鸦喝水》二、设计意图通过学习乌鸦喝水，引起学生对乌鸦喝水的思考，开阔他们的思维。
学生能运用实验的方式验证对乌鸦喝水的怀疑，并让学生探讨瓶子里有多少水，乌鸦才能喝着水。
在创设实践活动中，给幼儿一个自主、合作、探究的空间。
巧妙地设计问题，充分挖掘幼儿的创造潜能，培养他们的创造性思维和想象力。
我班幼儿注意力不够集中，做事缺乏毅力，语言表达能力需进一步提高，并且有了科学探究的初步意识。
《乌鸦喝水》这一故事探究了乌鸦能喝到水的原因，知道遇到困难要思考，又有幼儿喜欢的雾化片及歌曲，所以我选择了这节课。
三、活动目标 1、认知目标：理解故事内容，知道乌鸦运用了什么方法喝到了水； 2、能力目标：运用恰当的词，表达对故事情节和故事角色的认识，加强他们的表达能力；3、情感目标：乐于探索乌鸦到水的方法，知道遇到困难仔细观察，乐于与同学交流认真思考的道理。
四、活动准备 1、材料准备：塑料瓶、水、石头、棉花、碎纸张、玻璃球； 2、教具准备：奖励的纸贴、乌鸦喝水的图片； 3、教学准备：师用大图书《乌鸦喝水》相关视频、PPT。
五、活动过程（一）激发兴趣 1、欣赏《乌鸦喝水》的动画片。
2、请小朋友说一说在动画片里看到了什么？ 3、让我们听一听下面的故事就知道明白了。
（二）指导认知 1、教师结合动画片讲诉故事，通过提问，帮助幼儿理解主要故事情节，重点及突出乌鸦是通过什么样的方法喝到水的。
①乌鸦选用什么方式才从瓶子里喝到水？②我们来看一下乌鸦使用的办法能不能喝到水？③如果你们是那只小乌鸦，你们能想什么办法喝到水呢？ 2、分小组交流讨论 3、老师总结①叫小朋友们分成几个小组，小组内部进行交流讨论并发表自己的意见。
培养幼儿的表达能力，增强幼儿的自信心。
②幼儿发表自己的看法，老师记录文字或图画。
4、老师小结①老师：小朋友们，看来我们遇到困难光动脑筋也不行，我们还得自己动手去试一试，这样才能知道自己想的到底是不是对的。
②老师组织小朋友尝试用自己的方法实践验证。
（三）复习巩固教育幼儿遇到困难要多动脑筋，想各种办法解决困难。
1、表演故事《乌鸦喝水》，巩固乌鸦喝水的内容。
2、带领小朋友使用教学道具，瓶子、大石头、小石头等多种材料实践乌鸦喝水的方式。
（四）迁移运用让幼儿再看一遍《乌鸦喝水》，并思考，这是一只怎样的乌鸦，你们学习这个故事以后，如果遇到困难你们要怎么做？老师引导幼儿，遇到困难要学会用多种办法来解决问题。
（五）活动扩展、放松 1、请幼儿用自己想到的方法，将《乌鸦喝水》的故事进行改编，讲诉。
2、在乌鸦喝水的歌曲中活动结束。
六、活动反思本节课发现幼儿对试验比较感兴趣，并能大胆猜想，整体感觉不错，但在上课中发现还有少部分幼儿注意力不集中，善待提高。
这个故事也是让小朋友们懂得在困难面前要动脑筋想办法，积极的去克服各种困难的道理。
这节课采取了直观的方式，提出问题的同时大家一起解决，锻炼了小朋友的发散性思维，也让他们认识到动脑筋和动手能力的重要性。
从而理解故事内容、感受故事寓意、学习人物间的对话，为幼儿语言表达能力的提高奠定了基础。
由浅至深的教学思路，运用多种教学方法，设计合理的问答，这些都是上好这节课的前提和重要保障。
幼儿园大班综合活动《乌鸦喝水》说课稿各位老师好，今天我要说的是大班综合活动：乌鸦喝水。
一、说设计意图通过学习乌鸦喝水，引起学生对乌鸦喝水的思考，开阔他们的思维。
能运用实验的方式证明学生对乌鸦喝水的怀疑，并让学生探讨瓶子里有多少水，乌鸦才能喝着水。
在创设实践活动中，给幼儿一个自主、合作、探究的空间。
巧妙地设计问题，充分挖掘幼儿的创造潜能，培养他们的创造性思维和想象力。
二、说教材《乌鸦喝水》这个故事描写了一个口渴的乌鸦到处找水喝，可是由于瓶口太小，喝不到水。
乌鸦通过动脑筋想办法，把石子往瓶子里装，水位升高，于是小乌鸦喝到水了。
通过这个故事，我把“乌鸦是怎样喝到水的”作为活动的重点，把“如何让小乌鸦最快的喝到水”作为幼儿探索的难点。
因为大班的孩子动手能力比较强，而这个故事又来源于生活，整个活动久有利于幼儿的操作，既能培养幼儿的合作动手能力，又能提高幼儿对实践的兴趣，所以从这几个方面让我觉得本次的活动比较有意义。
同时《纲要》中还指出，幼儿园教学活动内容的选择要求“既符合幼儿的现实需要又有利于幼儿的长远发展；贴近幼儿的生活，选择感兴趣的事物或问题，有助于拓展幼儿的经验和视野。
因此我认为此次活动既能来源于幼儿生活又能服务于幼儿生活。
（一）活动目标根据大班幼儿年龄特点及实际情况以及布鲁纳的《教育目标分类学》确立了认知、能力、情感等方面的目标。
活动目标是教育活动的起点和归宿，对活动起着指向性的作用。
具体目标体现为 1、认知目标：理解故事内容，知道乌鸦运用了什么方法喝到了水； 2、情感与态度目标：体验互相交流，能简单复述故事内容，并进行表演； 3、技能与能力目标：引发幼儿的扩散性思维，并进行实际操作。
（二）活动重、难点重点是理解故事的内容，难点是通过乌鸦喝水的故事让小朋友明白遇到困难要多动脑筋。
（三）活动准备为了是教学内容更加丰富，我作了如下准备：乌鸦喝水的视频、塑料瓶、水、石头、棉花、碎纸张、玻璃球。
三、说教学方法（一）教法本次活动采用适宜的方法组织教学，主要有： 1、情景教学法：激发幼儿的好奇心，吸引幼儿参与活动，调动了幼儿的探索欲望。
2、操作法：通过操作法促进幼儿与同伴交流进步，合作。
3、演示法：幼儿通过看《乌鸦喝水》发展幼儿的观察力，激发幼儿的动手能力。
（二）学法为了充分“发挥幼儿的主动性，能运用感官，动手动脑，探究发现问题”的教育观念，我们创造各种条件让幼儿参与其中，不仅提高了幼儿的认识，积累了知识，锻炼了幼儿的动手能力，更促进了幼儿之间的情感。
幼儿具体学法有： 1、体验交流法：给幼儿提供了充足的空间培养他们的动手操作能力，促进交流。
不仅能让幼儿分享快乐，达到师生、生生互动，而且还能提高幼儿的表达能力。
2、多通道参与法：引导幼儿看一看，试一试，说一说等多种感官的参与，使每个幼儿的感知能得到最大限度的发展。
3、尝试活动法：幼儿实践操作，尝试使瓶子里的水位升高的方法。
四、说活动流程从幼儿的兴趣出发，围绕目标将多种教学形式相整合，使老师，幼儿能处于积极，主动探索的状态。
活动流程分为五个环节：导入活动→猜测乌鸦喝水的方法→幼儿交流讨论→师生共同探索实践→播放乌鸦喝水视频第一环节：导入活动提问：小朋友们，你们喜欢看动画片吗？现在呀，老师就要给小朋友们看一个非常有趣的的动画片。
第二环节：幼儿猜测乌鸦喝到水的方法思考：教师让小朋友欣赏动画片前半部分 1、小朋友们，乌鸦喝不到水该怎么办呢？ 2、如果你们是那只小乌鸦，你们能想什么办法喝到水呢？第三环节：幼儿交流讨论讨论：小朋友们根据自己的生活经验，讲讲乌鸦是怎样喝到水的，并交流自己的方法。
第四环节：师生共同探索实践操作：运用材料，教师指导，探索方法。
1、请每个小朋友先观察瓶子里的水位标记在哪里，等你操作完了再用即时贴做一个标记，看看瓶子里水面的位置是升高了还是降低了。
2、要小朋友在做实验的时候注意自己的操作安全。
师生共同总结：你用了什么材料，水面的位置有没有发生改变？小结：当我们把石子，玻璃球等放进瓶子的时候，这些材料很霸道的占有了水娃娃的地方，然后让水娃娃挤到了瓶口，这样乌鸦就能喝到水了。
可是当我们把海绵，碎纸张放进瓶子里的时候，海绵，碎纸张和水娃娃做了好朋友，于是啊，她们愉快的做起了游戏，但是水的位置却没有发生明显的变化，所以乌鸦还是喝不到水。
第五环节：播放乌鸦喝水视频提问：这是一只怎样的乌鸦？学习这个故事以后，如果遇到困难你们要怎么做？老师引导幼儿，遇到困难要学会用多种办法来解决问题。
五、教师反思与总结通过这次活动，发现体验式教学对于幼儿来说更容易接受和理解，而这种情景式教学也深受老师们的喜爱。
这次活动即充分体现了教师与幼儿之间的互动性，也充分体现了幼儿的主动性。
使小朋友们明白在以后的道路上即使遇到困难，我们也应该要动脑筋想多种办法来解决问题，此活动页锻炼了小朋友的发散性思维，也让他们认识到动脑筋和动手能力的重要性。
