返佣合同细则8

1. Definitions 定义

For the purpose of this Addendum 本返佣同的宗旨：

1.1. “IB Agreement” shall mean the Introducing Broker Agreement entered into between the Company

and the IB [Insert Date].

“IB合同”代表公司和IB订立的介绍经纪商合同 [填入日期].

1.2. “Approved Client” shall mean a client, which has been introduced by the IB to the Company, and has

successfully opened a live trading account with the Company.

“认可客户”是指经由IB介绍给公司，并成功地与本公司开设了真实交易账户的客户。

1.3. “Unit Charge” shall mean a unit value of either $10 USD commission per standard lot FX or 1.0 pip

spread mark-up on FX currency paid.

“单位费用”是指以每标准手10美元收取的外汇手续费或1个点的外汇外加点差。

1.4. All other definitions from the IB Agreement shall apply to this Addendum.

IB合同里其他的定义都适用于本返佣合同。

2. For Customers introduced by the IB to the Company for Micro, Classic and Market account(s) 由IB

介绍给公司微型、经典和市价账户的客户

The following compensation structures are subject to clause 5 of the IB Agreement and the terms of this

Addendum and shall be applied to all Approved Clients.

以下收费结构的条款适用于所有认可客户，并受IB合同第5项条款的约束。

The IB shall notify the Company which of the compensation structures shall apply in respect of each

Approved Client.

IB应告知公司对其所认可客户采用何种收费标准。

2.1. Compensation Structure 收费结构

2.1.1 The Company will quote 0.0 pip(s) widened Spread for all Currency Pairs in respect of

Approved Clients, and the Company will pay this widened Spread to the IB.

公司将对其所认可客户收取0.0的外加点差并将此差额支付给IB。

2.1.2 The Company will pay to the IB 1.0 of a pip on all (FX) Completed Transactions by any

Approved Client.

公司将从认可客户的外汇完整交易中向IB支付 1.0点 (pip) 的返佣。

2.1.3 The Company will pay to the IB 8 cents (USD) per troy oz on spot gold Completed

Transactions and 0.5 cent (USD) per troy oz on spot silver Completed Transactions by any

Approved Client.

公司将向IB支付认可客户完整交易中每金衡盎司8美分的黄金返佣及每金衡盎司0.5美分的白

银返佣。

2.1.4 Subject to the approval of the Company, the IB is allowed to apply the following charges on

FX transactions entered into by an Approved Client (“Client Charges”) up to the maximum of:

经得公司同意后，IB可在以下范围内对认可客户收取外汇交易费用（客户费用）：

2.1.4.1 $30 USD commission per standard lot FX; and/or

每标准手30美元外汇手续费；和/或

3.0 pip spread mark-up on FX currency paid,

3点外汇外加点差，

providing that under no circumstances, shall the Client Charges exceed an

aggregated Unit Charge value of three (3) Unit Charges. Therefore, for illustrative

purposes only, if the IB selected $20 USD commissions (equating to two Unit

Charges of $10), the IB could only charge up to 1.0 pip spread mark-up (being one

Unit Charge of 1.0 pip), and vice versa.

在任何情况下，收取的客户费用都不得超过叁（3）个单位的总计单位费用，若IB已

选择了收取20美元的手续费（相当于2个10美元的单位费用），在点差上IB则只能

收取不高于1点的外加点差（即1个点的外加点差单位费用），以此类推。

2.1.4.2 Subject to the approval of the Company, the IB is allowed to apply Client Charges up

to the maximum of $30 USD commission per standard lot on spot gold (XAUUSD)

and spot silver (XAGUSD).

经得公司同意后，IB可以收取每标准手不大于30美元的黄金和白银交易手续费为客户

费用。

3. The Company reserves the right not to pay the IB for Completed Transactions in Currency Pairs and CFDs

if the Company has not quoted the wider Spread as stated in this Addendum for the Approved Clients.

如果出现公司未能以在返佣合同细则里申明的方式对认可客户收取点差或手续费，公司将保留不支付给IB

外汇交易和差价合约相应交易佣金的权利。

4. This Addendum shall not be amended without the prior written consent of the Company.

本返佣合同未经事先书面同意，不得修改。

5. This Addendum supersedes previous addenda signed by the IB

本返佣合同取代IB之前签署的返佣合同

6. If there is any dispute, the English version of this addendum will override the Chinese translated version.

若有任何争议，将以本返佣合同的英文版为主。
