论商务英语技能竞赛对高职院校商务英语专业教学质量的促进作用【摘要】职业技能竞赛对提高高职院校教学质量具有积极的促进作用，本文在分析商务英语职业技能竞赛特点、作用的基础上，探索通过商务英语职业技能竞赛，构建“以能力为本位”的课程体系、“双师”教师队伍培养、校外实训基地建设等有效途径，从而促进高职院校商务英语专业的教学质量。

【关键词】商务英语；技能竞赛；教学质量一、引言高职教育作为我国教育体系的重要组成部分，强调对职业技能的培训，是以社会人才市场需求为导向的就业教育，它在整个教育体系中扮演着越来越重要的角色。

而作为高职教育检验尺的职业技能竞赛，则是考察学生职业技能水平和动手解决实际问题能力的比赛，对于激发学生专业学习兴趣，培养学生的团队精神、合作精神、创新精神、职业能力等方面有着重要的实际意义，同时职业技能竞赛也是衡量高职院校人才培养质量、教学质量的重要标准之一。

作为实践技能教育的试金石，技能大赛也受到更多人的关注，真正实现了“普通教育有高考，职业教育有大赛”的口号。

本文旨在以商务英语专业为例，通过开展商务英语专业职业技能竞赛，来调动学生学习的积极性和主动性，培养学生的创新能力，促进商务英语专业教学质量的提高，包括教育理念的更新，课程体系的构建，“双师型”师资队伍的培养，校外实训基地的建设等等，通过教师带领学生参加各级各类商务英语职业技能竞赛，提高高职院校的教学声誉，获得企业和学生的认可，进一步促进商务英语专业教学质量的提高。

二、商务英语职业技能竞赛的特点及作用商务英语职业技能竞赛一般分为商务英语听、说、读、写、译竞赛和商务操作竞赛。

其中，商务操作竞赛一般又分为商务函电竞赛和商务单证、商务报关操作竞赛。

职业技能竞赛采用理论与实践相结合的原则，主要是避免强调片面的技能训练，而放松基本理论与知识的学习。

在商务英语职业竞赛中，不论是高级组还是中级组，参加竞赛的选手都是在校学生，但技能竞赛的评委除了部分是来自高职院校的一线教师以外，很多评委都是来自行业专家或企业一线能手，他们更加看重参赛选手的创新思维、商务英语职业操作技能以及选手的职业素质与涵养，而不仅仅是教科书中的理论知识；他们更关心选手将理论与实践结合，来处理解决外贸流程中实际问题的能力，而不仅仅是单纯的会说几句abc；他们更重视学生在竞赛中所表现出来的商务英语专业职业素质，即商务英语专业英语水平，商务英语外贸动手操作能力、沟通能力等专业职业素质，而不仅仅是填几张外贸单据。

为了更好地促进中国企业在新时期健康发展，不少企业对英语专业的人才选拔，提出了更高的要求和标准。

尤其是对于英语的实践应用能力，不少企业都格外重视，制定了以“实践应用能力”为导向的人才选拔机制。

但在实际情况中，部分高校的商务英语专业受到教学理念、教学方法、教学资源等多方面因素的限制，很难提升实践教学质量。

POCIB职业技能大赛的加入，实现了“以赛促改”的效果，推动了我国高校商务英语专业的教育教学改革。

一、POCIB 职业技能大赛的介绍POCIB指的是国际贸易从业技能实训，是由中国国际贸易学会、国际贸易杂志社、世格软件推出的互联网培训课程。

2011年，中国国际贸易学会开始举办“POCIB全国外贸从业能力技能大赛”。

在这个比赛举办期间，基于POCIB虚拟的實训平台，系统模拟了一个动态、真实的市场环境，所有参赛选手都是在这个动态、真实的市场环境里进行比赛。

POCIB全国外贸从业能力技能大赛，也可以称为POCIB职业技能大赛，这个比赛包含的内容很广，基本涵盖了当今进出口业务的所有环节，例如：企业的建立、企业的业务拓展、企业的资金运作、企业的战略布局、企业的合作机制等。

这包括赛题、获奖选手视频、专家点评视频、优秀指导教师访谈视频等。

如何将这些优质的在通用职场情境下可用的包涵英语综合知识、基本的职业知识及能引发学生进行思考和学习的资源融入中等职业学校商务英语专业教学中，将大赛资源转化为教学实践资源以促进中等职业学校英语技能赛与中职商务英语教学的无缝衔接，从而提高教师的教学质量和促进学生的可持续发展，帮助学生树立正确的人生观、价值观、学习观，培养学生的职业意识、职业道德、发现问题、解决问题、团队精神和创新等能力，具有十分重要的意义。

二、建立英语技能赛与中职商务英语专业教学的无缝衔接（一）大力宣传比赛，让比赛成为学生心中的目标通过新生入学教育中的专业介绍将中职英语技能赛介绍给大家。

在每次比赛文件下发时，利用校园宣传栏和校园广播进行大力宣传，为大赛营造一个良好的氛围，让学生了解大赛并鼓励学生积极参与。

在我校选手在大赛中取得优异成绩时，利用学校广播站对比赛结果进行宣传并让广播站的同学对获奖选手进行采访，并在校园宣传栏张贴能够展现参赛选手参赛风采的海报并将比赛时录制的参赛选手的视频作为教学视频播放给商务英语专业的同学们看。

除此之外，安排获奖学生在大型的会议上发表获奖感言并分享培训历程。

这样不仅增加了参赛选手的荣誉感，而且能宣传英语技能大赛，在校园中营造一种学英语、用英语、比英语的良好学风，让不断努力，力争上游参加英语技能比赛成为学生心中的目标。
