It is hereby agreed between the Buyer and the Seller, whereby The Buyer agrees to buy and the Seller agrees to sell the goods with the following terms and conditions

运输和保险Charges(THC) at loading port for seller’s account

由卖方负责购买运费和保险，且装运港的码头处理费由卖方负责PAYMENT付款方式

By an irrevocable L/C payment 100% at sight in U.S currency on first presentation of documents at Sellers Bank. L/C to be opened 10 days prior shipment loading and in favour of Seller.

付款方式：不可撤消的即期信用证，装货前10天签发并且经卖方认可。

1. Full set (3/3) of original Shipped on board Bill of Lading made out “to order” and blank

endorsed，mar ked “Freight prepaid” and “Clean on Board” indicating contract number.

全套（3/3）的装船提单实体正本，注明“运费已付,to order 和空白背书”和“清洁装船”

mercial Invoice in triplicate.

商贸发票一式三份。

3.Detailed Packing List in triplicate showing total net weight and gross weight.

装箱清单一式三份，标明总净重量和总毛重量。

4.Certificate of Quality and Quantity issued by Intertek Vietnam.

Intertek Vietnam出具的质量及数量的证明文件。

5.Certificate of Containers in triplicate issued by Intertek Vietnam. And/or port authorities

certifying that the containers are clean, dry, odorless, compact and suitable to receive and carry

the rice.

Intertek Vietnam出具的集装箱清洁证明文件，证实集装箱清洁，干燥，无味结实并适于

装载和运输大米。

6.Certificate of Origin in one original and three copies issued by Chamber of Commerce and industry

of Vietnam.

越南商会签发的原产地证书一式三份

7.Certificate of Fumigation issued by Intertek Vietnam in triplicate.

Intertek Vietnam签发的熏蒸证书一式三份

8.Phytosanitary Certificate in triplicate issued by Plant Protection Department of Ministry

agriculture and Rural Development certifying that the rice is free from live insect pests After

fumigation, and that the consignment is found to conform to the current phytosanitary regulations

of the importing country

越南官方或官方指定或授权组织签发的植物检验检疫证书一式三份，证实该大米未携带杀

伤性病菌和活虫害，并且本合同项下货物必须符合进口国当前卫生要求。

9.Certificate of Crop year in triplicate issued by Intertek Vietnam .
