1、蒟蒻瘦身法
蒟蒻是一种无卡路里,却含有丰富纤维素的食物。由蒟蒻球茎磨粉加工制成的即食蒟蒻,虽不含任何卡路里,但每天仅吃这种食物的节食减肥法却相当危险。最佳方法是每餐尽量配合蒟蒻做菜,由于蒟蒻的口感与米相似,而且味道很淡,所以放在米中同煮,使吃饭时容易饱腹之余,从而减低卡路里摄取量。

2、醋味黄豆瘦身法
将干炒过的黄豆泡浸于米醋中三天后,每天吃10粒左右,可治疗便秘。若在餐前服用,会令肚子有膨胀感觉,可抑制食欲。
注意事项:虽然黄豆营养丰富,但长期只吃黄豆并不能提供足够人体所需的营养,加上黄豆浸在醋内,进食时也会沾上醋,所以患有胃病人士不宜食用。
3、零食瘦身法
每餐都只吃蔬菜,放弃其它食物,并维持6成饱肚。在饭后两小时会开始感到肚饿,然后在肚饿时以零食充饥。
注意事项:选择零食的种类必须小心,应尽量避免进食高糖、高脂肪的食物。
