本套教材结合公司标准化建设和生产作业手册“一票两卡”编 制,基本涵盖了公司现有操作技能岗位操作任务所必需的知识点和 技能点,突出实训效果,做到理论和实际有机结合,主要用于操作 岗位员工技能提高培训,为公司培养高素质技能人来自百度文库。
本册为 《天然气计量实训手册》,由南京计量测试中心主要编 写,银川管理处、山西管理处、郑州管理处、厦门管理处配合编写, 编写组组长国明昌,成员包括:南京计量测试中心郭哲 (第一章第 一、二、四节)、牛锦浩 (第二章第一节)、侯庆强 (第二章第二 节)、张熙然 (第三章第一、二、三、四、五、六节)、明学勤 (第 五章第一节),银川管理处秦华、王海龙 (第三章第七节),山西管
理处陈星玮 (第一章第三节),郑州管理处孙旭 (第五章第二、三 节),厦门管理处王洁 (第二章第三节)。全书由生产运行处邱惠、 刘治华、魏娜,浙江管理处崔健、黎莎审核。
在本书编审过程中,得到了公司领导的大力支持和指导。各位 编写人员和审核人员克服时间紧、任务重等困难,付出大量精力和 时间及时完成手册编制,同时公司有关单位和部门给予了大力支持, 在此一并表示衷心感谢。
近年来,西气东输管道公司按照“坚定走精干高效发展道路”的 发展思路,优化管控模式,推行集中巡检、集中监视和运检维一体 化等科学高效的生产组织模式,这对一线员工的技能操作水平提出 了更高的要求。为适应公司改革发展的需要,大力建设操作、维修、 抢修“三条防线”操作人才队伍,西气东输管道公司因地制宜,通过 修旧利废、整合资源,依托站队建设了 7个实训基地,为一线员工提 供了实操培训的平台。实训基地以培养技能骨干为目标,选聘岗位 能手等技能骨干为授课老师,侧重于实际操作、维修、抢修技能培 训,提高了学员的实际动手能力。
为满足一线员工学习及培训需要,公司自 2015年 3月份开始, 依托站队建设了管钳工、电工及变配电、仪表工及自动化、管焊工、 管道保护工、天然气计量、输气工 7个实训基地,并陆续投入使用, 取得了很好的培训效果。为进一步保障实训基地培训质量,实现实 训教材规范化、标准化、实用化,公司培训中心牵头组织编写了 《西气东输管道公司实训手册》。
为保障实训基地培训质量,实现实训教材规范化、标准化、实用 化,公司启动了实训基地教材编写工作。教材的编写结合公司标准 化建设和生产作业手册“一票两卡”,突出实训效果,标志着公司培 训工作又向前迈出了重要一步。
当前西气东输管道公司正持续推进世界先进水平管道公司建设, 要实现高效发展,持续优化生产组织模式,人的素质非常关键。实 训基地的建设和使用,是培养技能型、复合型人才的有效手段。希 望通过这套系列教材实施的培训,使基层员工的技能素质得到大力 提升,为西气东输管道安全平稳高效运行做出贡献。

前言
西气东输管道公司成立于 2000年 3月,设有 14个职能部门和 1 个附属机构,下设 14个地区管理处,1个计量测试中心,1个科技 信息中心,2个工程项目部,4个股权管理单位,共有员工 2800余 人。公司自正式商业运营以来,各项主营业务实现跨越式发展。运 营管道总长 11883公里,途经 16个省(市、区)和香港特别行政区。 供气范围覆盖了我国西北东部、中原、华东、华中、华南地区,并 向华北、西南地区转供天然气,形成了塔里木、柴达木、长庆、川 渝四大气区以及中亚、中缅、进口 LNG联网供气格局,管网一次管 输能力达 1036亿方 /年。
