教学目标
一、知识与技能
1.掌握How much is it?这个问句的用法和回答。

2.能听懂、会说、会读句型:How much is it? 并且掌握相应的回答。

二、过程与方法
熟练使用英语询问价格,并且学会英语作答。

三、情感态度和价值观
通过询问价格以及回答价格的过程,让学生初步了解交易的方式。

教学重点
学会用How much is it?的句型来询问价格。

教学难点
熟练使用英语询问价格,并且学会英语作答。

教学方法
通过游戏互相练习询问物品的价格。

课前准备
磁带、录音机。

课时安排
3课时。

第一课时。

教学过程
一、导入新课
播放story time 部分的录音,让学生跟着录音逐句朗读。

复习“Can I help you?”句型。

复习关于can的句型,如:“Can you speak English?”
引入“How much is it?”句型。

二、新课学习
T:同学们,你们知道how much是什么意思,应该怎样应用吗?学生会的后,教师进行总结、归纳:
how much是“多少”的意思,作为特殊疑问句中的一员,用于引导特出疑问句。

how much修饰不可数名词,用来询问不可数名词的数量。

例如:
How much meat is there on the plate? 盘子上有多少肉?
How much还能用来询问物品的价格。

但请注意,句子中的动词要随主语而变。

例如:How much is your pan?
How much are there apples? 这些苹果多少钱?
提醒学生注意:不要把how much和how many混淆。

How many 后面只能用复数名词,把它放在单数名词或不可数名词的前面是不行的。

教师把写有数字的卡片贴在黑板上,询问学生。

T: Look at this one. What’s this? You please.
S: It’s number two…
T: Look at this one. What’s the number? You, p lease.
S: It’s number 35.
T: Very good. Number is very useful. There are some money. Who can tell me what’s this?
S: It’s five yuan. Good.

T: How much is it? Who can guess? OK, tell me the price,
S: It’s ten yuan! It’s five yuan! It’s eight yuan!
T: Let’s look at the price. Wow, it’s ten yua n! Who said ten yuan? Well done!
T: Now, look at this one. What’s this?
S: It’s a pencil case.
T: Yes, it’s pencil case. Read after me. Pencil case, pencil case, pencil case.
T: How much is it? Can you guess?
S: It’s eight yuan.
T: Oh, yeas. It’s eight yuan. OK. What’s this?
How much意思为“多少钱”时,可以单独使用,也可以构成词组“how much money”,但是英语中常省略money, 用来询问某物的价格。

三、结论总结
不要把how much和how many混淆。

How many后面只能用复数名词,把它放在单数名词或不可数名词的前面是不行的。

四、课堂练习
1.请两名学生上台做游戏。

一位学生知道铅笔的价格,另一个学生不知道。

请另一位学生来猜一猜价格。

2.让学生看到教材44页下面的单词,让学生跟读
a fan, an umbrella, shoes, socks. 注意以元音音素开头的单词前用“an”,以及复数名词shoes后面加s .
3.复习句型I’d like…的用法。

(1)用来愉快的答应对方的请求、提议或邀请,意思为“我很想(愿意)”如:A: How about playing tennis? 打打网球怎么样?
B: Yes, I’d like to.好,我很愿意。

A: Will you come for a walk with me? 你和我一起去散步好吗?
B: No, I’d love to. 好,我愿意。

A: Would you mind taking part? 请你参加你介意吗?
B: No, I’d love to. 不介意,我很愿意。

注:I’d like to单独使用时,其后面的to不能省略,另外,若要加强语气,可以用much或very much来修饰,说成I’

(2)用来委婉的提出自己的看法、希望或愿望(其后面接名词或不定式,但一般不接动词),意思为“我想。

我要。

”如:I’d like the red one. 我想要那个红色的。

I’d like (to have) a word with you. 我想同你说句话。

I’d like you to meet a friend of mine. 我想让你见一见我的一个朋友。

(3)用作反语,表示气愤或威胁,(其后面常接动词see, know等),意思为“我倒想(看看或知道等)”。

如:
I should like to see you do it. 我倒希望你给我看看。

I’d like to know what shi means by that.我倒想知道她那样说是什么意思。

五、作业布置
1.听课文录音两遍。

2.抄写本课所学的新单词。

朗读本课单词三遍,使用“手机”录音,然后与全班同学分享。
