况且中国人很重视吃,食文化特别丰富,今天富起来的中国更注重吃了,走进大街小巷,到处是大饭店、小餐馆,快餐则更多。

假如没有我们这些厨师,又哪有那么多让人垂涎三尺的佳肴和让人百吃不厌的名菜呢?广大劳动者那么辛勤地工作,首先要填饱自己的“五脏庙”,只有在解决吃饭问题的基础上,才能创造更多的物质文明和精神文明,才能追求小康生活,才能追求更高的人生境界。

做菜前先把锅洗干净。

不然残留的水溅起脸上那可就不好了。

平时没事的时候,我会去看些有关于美食的书籍。

不管是哪种菜系,哪个国家的。

我都专心致志的研究,学习。

充分利用手上的资源,试试看是不是味道刚刚好,口感鲜美。

让食物清爽可口:热锅快炒;使食物鲜美的方法:加豉汁,海鲜酱油等;使食物去腥的方法:加柠檬汁,红酒等。

从书中我懂得了很多,也能更好的掌握这些方法,做出味道好的饭菜也是游刃有余了。

但厨师不能仅限于书本的知识,要多多实践,创新。

有一次,我异想天开,往蛋液里加入了一些鲜牛奶,让两种风马牛不相及的食物碰撞在一起,没想到一道普通的家常菜,竟立刻变得奶香四溢,醇香无比,妈妈吃了,竖起大拇指,对我赞不绝口。

今后我会更加努力奋斗,朝着大厨的目标继续前进,让所有人吃了我的菜都无比快乐,对它无比信任,都会喜欢我煮的菜。

有很多人问我:“你的理想是什么?”我会回答:“我的理想是当一名厨师,一名能创作出特色美食与营养佳肴的厨师。

”我知道理想是深海里的一盏明灯,会让我知道自己的方向;也是人生命中的指南针,可以寻找出一条自己应该走的路。

有理想就会有思想,有思想就知道如何去实现自己的理想。

有人问:“为什么会有这样的一个理想呢?”当我五岁的时候,看到妈妈做菜,就吵着要自己来,结果我打蛋,妈妈调味,爸爸下油,姥姥搬来小板凳让我站上去拿起了锅铲……就这样,我的第一个作品“炒蛋”诞生了,结果大受好评,我感受到其中的无穷乐趣。

从此,炒菜时,妈妈经常要靠边站,八岁的时候我已经能独当一面。

慢慢,我发现自己在这方面很有天赋,我每见过别人做的菜,自己都能做出来,而且味道和营养都很好。

我不但会模仿,还能创新,自己想出一些新的搭配,新的菜式,做出来一试,哗!太美味了,家人吃过也是常常赞口不绝,我听了好高兴,心里也暗暗地想:“我一定要加倍努力!”最近我又自创了一道新菜式名叫“缤纷世界”,不但外观好看,吃上去那味道呀,真是萦绕舌尖,吃了一次没有不想吃第二次的,太美味了!我还会经常看有关的书籍,研究别人的各种菜式,不断了解,不断学习。

还人有问我:“打算如何去实现自己的理想呢?”我想,我现在还是小学生,应当以学业为重,先把文化知识学习好,打好基础后,
再去实现自己的理想。

因为有的人呀,为了自己那不合实际的理想却把现有的学业荒废了。

从现在开始,我要努力学习,在双休日再去实践自己的菜式,实现自己的厨师之梦。
