急性阑尾炎的围手术期护理

【摘要】急性阑尾炎患者给予术前心理护理、必要的术前准备，术后病情观察，康复指导等护理措施，可以降低阑尾炎患者术前紧张、焦虑等情绪，降低术后并发症发生，并且能顺利愈合，术后门诊随访3个月患者无并发症发生。%Acute appendicitis were given preoperative psychological nursing, preoperative preparation, postoperative observation and nursing, rehabilitation guidance, can reduce the tension of patients with appendicitis, anxiety and other emotions, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, and healing, no complications occur ed during a fol ow-up period of 3 months after diagnosis of patients.
