现在汽车已经成为人们日常生活不可或缺的一部分,同时停车难问题也越发困扰着我们。针对空间小不能实现正常侧方位停车的情况以及取车困难的情景我们设计了这个汽车横向移动装置。

该装置可以直接实现汽车的左右平移解决一系列停车难、取车难的问题。借助取力器从汽车动力系统提取动力进而驱动整个液压系统的工作。首先通过齿条活塞缸的正向旋转带动整个平移装置向下转动,到位之后伸缩液压缸开始动作将汽车顶起。待到汽车轮胎完全脱离地面后伸缩缸停止伸长,液压马达开始工作。液压马达正向旋转,带动平移小轮转动进而横向移动到位。上述动作完成之后液压马达停止工作,伸缩缸收缩平移装置上移脱离地面,进而齿条活塞缸反转收起缸体和平移小轮,完成平移工作。

本装置使用时只需在驾驶室按下相应按钮,便可实现汽车的左右平移,工作稳定、方便。可针对不同车型具体情况进行相应改进,适用范围广,有很好的应用前景。

Now the car has become an indispensable part of people's daily life, at the same time, the hard to park problem is more and more perplexing us. According to the small space can't normal side range parking and taking the vehicle difficult situation we designed this car transverse moving device.

The device can be implemented directly around the pan car to solve a series of difficult parking, car difficult problem. With the help of a force taking device from the extraction of power system for cars and drive the hydraulic system work. The positive rotation driven rack piston cylinder and the whole translation device rotates downwards, put in place after the telescopic hydraulic cylinder to lift the automobile movement. When the tire is completely out of the ground the telescoping cylinder stop elongation, hydraulic motor starts to work. Hydraulic motor forward rotation, rotation and translation wheels driven lateral movement in place. After the action is complete hydraulic motor to stop working, the telescoping cylinder contraction translation device up off the ground, and then the rack piston cylinder inversion retracting cylinder and translational ferry, complete the translation work.

When the device is used only need to press the corresponding button in the cab, can achieve about translation of automobile, stable work, convenient. Can be improved according to the different models of the specific situation, wide application range, and has good application prospects.
