7年前，还一脸书生气的我，背着行囊，载着希望，怀着鱼游大海之志，抱着美丽憧憬之梦，来到中铁一局。晃然间，我已不是当初那个懵懂的少女。在浓厚企业文化的熏陶下，使我深深的感受到了新运公司这个大家庭的关心关爱，热情和激-情。当初载着我梦想、载着我希望的那个行囊已被新运公司这个大家庭所取代。而我的那个行囊则填充满了家人给予的感恩的心、共进的誓，誓于新运共进退的誓言。“欣赏和尊重、责任和极致、激-情和精进、完善和成长”。有人说：“欣赏是一门艺术，欣赏是一种修养和美德，是尊重他人的风度。”这不正是对我们公司厚德待人的完美诠释吗?领导尊重欣赏下属，赏罚必严，同事间相互欣赏和尊重，诚恳相待。
