摘要

进销存（purchase-sales-stock ，PSS）软件是一款通用性极强的商业企业进销存管理系统，软件囊括了商业企业日常经营管理的全过程。软件适用于食品、服装、保健品、电子、电器、物资、化妆品等商业领域的企业。软件覆盖商业企业商品的采购、销售、库存、管理决策支持等各个环节，软件的各个模块操作界面简单、实用，软件帮助系统图文并茂，让用户可以在最短的时间内掌握软件的使用方法，助用户生意早日更上一层楼。

软件的采购管理、销售管理、库存管理功能强大，灵活，同时为用户提供方便实用的模糊查询功能，用户可以在最短时间内找到自己所需要的信息。软件系统采用流行的B/S结构，任何用户只需要通过浏览器登录即可进入使用系统。软件采用模块级安全管理，系统安全性高。软件对在使用过程中可能出现的外部意外情况，如断电、网络中断等均进行了妥善处理，可以确保用户数据的完整性，同时在外部故障消除后，系统仍能继续操作，让企业就能获得最好的效益。

随着经济的全球化以及中国经济改革的逐渐深化，商品销售业面临着越来越激烈的竞争，改善企业内部以及整个供应链各个环节的管理、调度及资源配置，迅速适应客户的新需求和市场新机遇的能力，是中国企业赢得竞争胜利的决定性因素，而快速有效地实施企业资源计划（ERP）系统是被实践证明了的提高企业竞争力的最有效的方法之一。从根本上说，企业就是一个利用资源（人、财、物、时间），为客户创造价值的组织，ERP就是对这些资源进行计划、调度、控制、衡量、改进的管理技术和信息系统。现今的企业并不只是人力资源、资金和产品的组合，它还应该包括供应、销售、市场营销、客户服务、需求预测，以及其他更多的东西。如果一个ERP系统真正想要最大限度地提高其生产能力，它必须能够非常融洽地和其他关键性的商务领域进行交流。

Abstract

Purchase-sales-stock (PSS) software is a highly versatile PPS management system for business enterprise, and the software encompasses the whole process of the daily management of the business enterprise. The software applies to food, clothing, health care products, electronics, appliances, materials, cosmetics and other commercial areas of the enterprise. Software covers all aspects of products’ purchasing, sales, inventory, management decision support and so on in commercial enterprises, the simple and useful interface of each module and the help system of the software with illustrations and pictures help users master the use of the software in the shortest possible time.

These functions of the software, such as purchasing management, sales management and inventory management, are powerful and flexible. And the software provides users with convenient and practical fuzzy query capabilities, so they can find the information they need in the shortest time. Software system uses the popular B / S structure, any user only needs through the browser to log in then enter the use-system. Software uses module-level security management, so the security is higher. About the possible external accidents during the use such as power outages, network outages ect , the software has been dealt with properly, it can ensure the integrity of use data. After eliminating the external fault, the system can continue to operate, so that enterprises will get the best benefit.

With the gradual deepening of economic globalization and China's economic reforms, merchandising industry is facing increasingly fierce competition. Improving the enterprise and the management, scheduling and resource allocation of the whole supply chain , and adapting quickly to new market demands and new opportunities for customers are the decisive factor to gain a competitive for Chinese enterprises. The rapid and effective implementation of enterprise resource planning (ERP) system is one of the most effective methods which had proved to improve the competitiveness of enterprises. Fundamentally speaking, the enterprise is a use of resources (human, financial, material, time),and is a organization which create value for customers.
