32S CoolMax/棉(55/45)纱的上浆性能研究

摘要

在祖克S432型浆纱机上对C /Coo lm ax 45 /55 31.25 tex 纱进行高压上浆, 采用“先重后轻”的浆纱工艺满足了织造生产的要求; 浆料配方以丙烯酸为主浆料, 辅以PVA1799 及变性淀粉等浆料, 浆液符合“ 浓低粘”要求, 增加了浆纱的耐磨性, 减少了毛羽再生。

浆纱的目的是为了赋予经纱抵御外部复杂机械力作用的能力,提高经纱的可织性,保证织造过程的顺利进行。除股线,单纤长丝,加捻长丝,变性丝,网络度较高的网络丝外,几乎所有的短纤纱和长丝均需要上浆加工。上浆就是把一定数量的浆液粘附在经纱上,经烘燥后形成浆膜。上浆后的经纱,纱体周围粘附一层浆液,烘燥后形成坚韧的浆膜,使毛羽贴伏,纱线光滑而耐磨;浆液中的小部分浸入纱线的里层,使纤维间相互粘接,增大纤维间的抱合力,提高了纱线的断裂强度。聚丙烯酸酯浆料在经纱上浆中起着重要作用,它可形成高含固率、低粘度的浆液,适合新型的“高浓、高压、低粘”上浆工艺。通过分子构成,聚丙烯酸酯浆料可以有浆膜柔韧、粘附力高、吸湿性低等特点,此外,聚丙烯酸酯浆料在一定程度上还是绿色浆料,易生物降解。这对环境保护有一定意义,因为它可部分取代难降解的PVA浆料。

本文主要研究对上浆过后纱线性能分析,经过上浆过后纱线的性能有所改善,使之更加适合于后续工艺。

Sizing Technology Research of 32 S CoolMax /Cotton

(55/45) Blended Yarns

Abstract

C /Coo lm ax 45/55 31.25 tex was sizing in high pressure in Sucker S432 sizing machine, sizing technology of first heavy and then light w as adopted to satisfy the demand of weaving production. Size mixture formula consist of acrylic acid as main size mixture, PVA 1799 and distortion starch as assistant size mixture. Size reaches the demand of high density and low viscosity, sizing abrasion resistance was strengthened, and generating of hairiness was reduced. The purpose is to give sizing yarn outer complex me chanical force against the ability, improve the warp knitting sex ,can guarantee the smooth progress of the weaving process. In addition to grow,and the single thread silk, twisting filament deformation silk,network of taller Network silk,and almost all of the staple fiber yarn and filament are need sizing processing.sizing is to a certain number of grout adhesion in the warp ends,after the baked dry formed after performances.The warp sizing yarn around the body,a layer of slurry,roasted adhesion formation after the resilience of the performances of dry,make hairiness stick v,yarn smooth and wear-resisting;A few of slurry into yarn layer,the fiber stick to practice,increase mutual between fiber holding force,improve the breaking strength of the yarn.poly acrylic acid vinegar pulping in warp sizing play an important role,It can form high solid rate and low viscosity containing the grout,and suitable for the new type of “high thick,high pressure,low viscosity”sizing technology.through the molecular structural design,polyacrylic acid vinegar size can have a serous flexibility,high adhesion strength,hygroscopicity characteristics such as Sichuan,in addition ,polyacrylic acid vinegar pulping in some degree of green warp size or,easy biodegradable.the environmental protection is of some significance,because it can be replaced or completely replace the difficult part of the biodegradation of PVA size.

This paper makes a study of the sizing yarn performance analysis of after,after sizing yarn after the performance improved,make it more suitable for the next process.
