I. Brief Introduction
SL-ALS2.2综合录井仪是胜利地质录井公司设计生产的新一代录井仪器,主要由仪器房、气体检测系统、数据采集系统、传感器、计算机及软件系统组成。
SL-ALS2.2 mud logging unit is new generation logging equipment which is designed and fabricated by Shengli Geologging Company, mainly consists of the cabin, the gas testing system, the data acquisition system, sensors, computers and the software system.
SL-ALS2.2综合录井仪实时采集分析钻井工程参数、钻井液性能参数、气体分析参数和有毒有害气体参数,并通过ALS-2.2软件系统最终实现钻井工况监测、油气快速发现评价和井场安全监控。同时结合岩屑录井、荧光录井、碳酸盐岩含量测定、泥页岩密度测定等辅助手段进行油气综合解释评价。
SL-ALS2.2 mud logging unit provides real-time acquisition and analysis for drilling engineering parameters, drilling fluid property parameters, gas analysis parameters and toxic and harmful gas parameters, realizing drilling condition monitoring, oil and gas fast discovery and evaluation as well as well site safety monitoring via ALS - 2.2 software. Meanwhile it combines supplementary means such as cutting logging, fluorescence logging, carbonate content measurement, shall density measurement etc to carry out oil and gas integrated interpretation and evaluation.
SL-ALS2.2综合录井仪实时采集钻井工程参数包括:井深、泵冲、转盘转速、立管压力、套管压力、大钩负荷、扭矩以及顶驱传感器参数;钻井液参数包括:钻井液密度、钻井液温度、钻井液电导率、钻井液出口流量、钻井液池体积;实时分析烃类气体包括:总烃、烃组分(C1-nC5);实时分析非烃气体包括:CO2、H2S。

SL-ALS2.2综合录井仪以“高精密性和高可靠性”的要求进行设计制造,集井场多种数据采集、显示、处理及解释于一体。标准化数据采集系统设计思想,使仪器适用多种类型传感器,并可通过WITS接收MWD等第三方仪器数据。人性化图形显示及录井参数记录,可实时采集和计算300多个录井参数,方便现场油气评价、解释和决策。具有数据采集量大、信息丰富、处理速度快、解释准确等优点。仪器软硬件配置及整体性能指标达到国际领先水平,是钻井过程中集气测、钻井工程监测、钻井液及地质录井于一体的理想钻井监测系统。
SL-ALS2.3 mud logging unit is designed and fabricated under the requirements of high precision and high reliability, integrating multiple data acquisition, display, processing and interpretation at the well site; the standard data acquisition system design concept is accepted to make the equipment
applicable to all kinds of sensors, using WITS format to accept MWD and third party equipment data. With humanization graphic display and logging parameter records, over 300 logging parameters can be acquired and calculated at the same time, fascinating working site oil-gas evaluation, interpretation and decision making. It has advantages of a large amount of data, rich information, fast processing speed and accurate interpretation. The hardware and software configuration as well as the entire performance of the equipment have reached international leading level; it is an ideal drilling monitoring system integrating gas logging, drilling engineering monitoring, drilling fluid and geologic control.
