As for me, I often have a problem getting along with my parents. But deep in my heart, I know that my parents love me the most. Therefore, whenever this happens, I calm down myself and try to figure out the root of the fight. Then I talk with them face to face until problems get solved. If it is hard to talk directly, I will send a text message.

If you have such problems, you’d better not hide your feelings. Talk with them, and then you will know what the real matter is. Besides, it is crucial to share your happiness or sadness with them to enhance your relationship. Last but not least, whenever you want to quarrel with your parents, take a deep breath first to avoid unnecessary harsh words which definitely harm your relationship coming from your mouth.

I have changed a lot since I became a middle school student. Linda is the person who has changed me.

I did not like running. One day we had a relay race in P.E. class. I hesitated about whether to join in the game or not. Linda came to me and told me not to worry. Then I decided to join them. While running, I could hear my heart beating fast and I could hardly breathe. Just when I wanted to give up, I heard someone cheering on me and found that it was Linda. I regained my strength and kept running to the finishing line.

With Linda’s encouragement and trust, I practiced running every day after school from then on. It is she who makes me believe that I have the ability to challenge myself to do something beyond my reach.

Nice to hear from you. I want to tell you about a good habit I have started. I enjoy reading English novels for half an hour every day. I used to have difficulties in learning English. My

teacher suggested reading English novels. Amazingly, it worked!

To develop this habit, I often took a book with me so that I could read at any time. Also, I often wrote down new words I saw. Little by little, reading became part of my life. I enjoyed it.

I really benefit a lot from my reading habit. Reading makes me a wise man as well as helping me with my English studies. I am sure reading English novels will become my lifelong activity.

Nowadays, more and more middle school students get pocket money from their parents. For my part, we students should have some pocket money. However, we must spend it wisely.

I have pocket money as well. Usually, I spend most of my pocket money in buying books, for the reason that I am interested in reading. And I spend some money on daily use. You know, sometimes I’d like to hang out with my friends.

But how can we manage our pocket money better? Here is my advice: on one hand, we’d better make a plan at the beginning of the month. On the other hand, it is important for us to save a proper amount of money each month. As long as you do like this, I believe you can manage pocket money better.
