尼龙6 (PA6)具有机械强度高、抗冲击性能好、电气性能佳、耐磨、耐化学药品性等一系列优异性能,是一种应用广泛的工程塑料。针对低熔点尼龙6国内外的研究尚处在实验室阶段,且目前聚合物同金属离子配位的研究工作主要针对溶液反应法或间歇性的熔融密炼加工方法,有很大的局限性,并且不利于聚合物材料的加工和应用[1,2]。本课题组[3,4]选用容易工业化生产的熔融挤出反应的方法,采用CaCl2、LiCl对PA6进行熔融络合改性制备了低熔点PA6,实现了低熔点尼龙6的大规模生产,但低熔点PA6的力学性能,特别是维卡软化点有待提高。

Abstract: The research focused on the effect of the content of OMMT and feeding methods on the
Structure and Properties of LPA6 composites which were prepared through melting extrusion. The results showed that, with the increasing of the content of OMMT, The dispersion of OMMT decreased, and the dispersion in PA6/OMMT/CaCl2 composites materials was better. The crystallization temperature of the composite improved slightly with the OMMT added. The mechanical and thermal properties of the composites increased substantial with the OMMT added.The maximum improvement-degree of the tensile strength, bending strength, Izod impact strength and vicat softening point was 44%、 64%、 42% and 40% respectively.
