CONCEPT BRIEF

方案说明

The green areas within this development are about multifunctional ‘rooms’as courtyard gardens; spaces, or voids between the buildings. This will create a woodsy atmosphere and can confer certain privacy between the buildings despite their close proximity to one another.

The gardens are natural; a ‘transplanted’patch of authentic landscape of natural vegetation, grasses, wild flowers and scattered stands of trees. The ground is undulated to reinforce the sense of a natural landscape with the necessary access paths to enhance a contrast between the natural and the architectural.

在这开发项目以内的绿色区域是有着不同功能的空间，作为庭院花园，绿地，或在大楼之间的空间。这将创造绿色青菘的气氛并且能在大楼之间提

供隐私，不管这些大楼有多靠近。

Activity nodes and small parks will be nestled within these courtyards identifiable to that particular courtyard, Activities can include open spaces for morning or evening exercises, playgrounds, exercise equipments, table games, sitting areas, small water features, nestled between agriculture terraces formed through generations of farming…these will be preserved and planted with wild grasses so that the invaluable culture heritage can remain true, beautiful and natural.

¾Entries

A dense forest of tall trees with an undergrowth of moss, ferns,falling water can be the focal point between an avenue of randomly planted forest trees as one approaches this development. Terraces of grasses and of trees and wild flowers flank both sides of the drive creating a soft naturalistic landscape. The forest trees come from a simple palette and create a woodsy effect, both during the day and night with the use of special lighting.

入口

在随处种植的稠密与高耸的林木下有苔藓，蕨纲植物的地被，溅落的水花与水气渺渺成为当接近这开发项目入口景点。梯田式的自然草坪,满山片野

的树和野花覆盖着的车道形成一处自然的景观。不论白天或晚上在灯光的照映下简单调色的树叢感觉上像青菘的森林效果。从台阶式的地形流下的一幕

水帘流入底下布满野花的水池成为一处自然的背景。

¾Main Road

The main road can be considered as the park and ‘spine’of the devolvement. The landscape treatment of this park will help the users instantly identify this as the main road. Sunlight and shade filtering through the trees will be part of the atmosphere of this avenue. Low stonewalls acting both as retaining walls for the gardens and terracing will vertically undulate in form, appearing and disappearing again and again through the trees from the ground. Walkways can follow the edge of the street and then branch off into the terraced courtyards as boardwalks or nature trails. Reflection ponds reflect the trees at times during the journey of this park.

主干道

主干道路可作为此开发项目的绿带和“脊骨”。这条绿带的风景处理将帮助使用者辨认这条道路作为主要的干道。柔和的阳光和通过树叶的过滤与阴影，投影在这条干道上，将是这条大街的气氛。高低起伏，乍影乍现低矮的私人花园和进入每户人家的垂直梯田式的石墙, 联续不断的出现并且一次又一次通过树叢从地面消失。车道旁的人行道能跟森林的木栈道衔接或分叉到梯田式的庭院有或者自分叉到然的小石径。当你穿过林中的小石径能看到树木在林中的池溏倒映。

水体的标高、水体和基地的联系以及对基地产生的效果值得一提。

Hard river edges within the community lined with stone railings,bridges, trees and courtyards. People have direct relationship with the water.

规整的水体和石质的扶手、小桥、树木和庭院融合在一起。人们可以直接接触到水。
