龙东地区2011年初中毕业、升学统一考试
英语考试说明
初中英语学科的毕业、升学考试是义务教育阶段的终结性学业评价的重要组成部分,是全面准确考查初中毕业生在英语学习方面是否达到《全日制义务教育阶段中学英语课程标准(实验稿)》所规定的初中阶段英语毕业水平的重要手段。
考试评价结果既是衡量学生是否达到初中毕业标准的主要依据,也是高中阶段学校招生的重要依据之一。
一、命题原则
1、依据《英语课程标准》来确定考查内容与标准。
2011年初中毕业英语学业考试命题的依据是《英语课程标准》“内容标准”中五级目标的内容、要求及相关的附录,同时参考三级和四级的内容和要求。
考查内容不完全受教材内容的制约。
2、着重考查学生的综合语言运用能力。
命题要以全面、准确地考查学生的综合语言能力为宗旨,真正落实“考查学生用英语做事情的能力”的评价指导思想,通过听、说、读、写等形式考查学生综合语言运用能力。
3、充分考虑学生的实际生活和身心发展水平。
试题所选择的语言素材和创设的语言运用情境,要充分考虑学生的生活实际、生活经验及社会发展状况。
试题素材的选择和题型的设计要与学生的身心发展水平相适应。
4、选用真实、地道的语言素材,根据语言实际情形命题。
在选择语言素材时,尽量使用真实、地道、典型的当代英语素材,尽可能提供语义相对完整的语境,尽可能使试题任务接近或类似现实生活中语言使用的实际情形。
5、确保试题的信度和效度,杜绝繁、难、偏、旧的试题,控制题量。
命题要遵守教育测量的基本原理,保证试题的信度,以使考试形式有利于实现英语学业考试的考查目的,使考试结果尽可能准确地反映学生的实际水平。
难易度比为80%:15%:5%(易、中、难)。
二、考查内容
1、听力技能
听力技能指学生对口头材料的理解能力以及从口头语言材料中获取信息的能力。
在理解信息的基础上,学生还要能够对信息进行判断、归纳、综合。
2、口语技能
能够回答有关个人信息的问题,并就较熟悉的话题与他人进行交流,特别是在真实语境中沟通信息、描述事物与情感、发表观点和意见的能力。
鉴于口语考试仍在实验中,口语技能的考查将分散在笔试试题中。
3、阅读技能
着重考查学生理解各题材和体裁的书面材料的能力及从各种材料中获取信息的能力。
适当选用一些实用性的语言材料作为试题的素材,如广告、告示、说明书、指令等。
4、写的技能
写的技能运用所学语言知识与技能,以书面的形式进行信息沟通、再现生活经历、描述周围事物、发表意见和观点的能力。
着重考查学生以书面形式表达真
实意义或传递信息的能力。
5、语言知识的运用能力
语言知识的运用能力主要考查学生在一定的语境中运用语音知识、语法知识(定语从句和虚拟语气不做知识点考查)、词汇知识、语用知识的水平和能力。
对知识的考查、不是孤立地考查某些知识,更不是机械地考查对知识的记忆情况。
三、试卷结构
英语学科考试采用闭卷书面笔答方式。
考试时间为120分钟,满分为120分。
试卷结构见下表:
各题说明如下:
第一题(听力)
听力试题每题中速读两遍,考试时间约15-20分钟,采取播放录音形式。
要求考生从所听内容中,获取具体信息,理解领会说话者的观点、态度及意图等。
考生在应答第四部分时,只需写出关键信息词,无须考虑时态、人称等变化,无须进行完整回答。

第二题(单项选择)
此题主要考查学生的基础知识掌握情况,包括:语法、词汇、固定搭配、交际用语等,考核内容均设计在语境中,非正确的选项也都具有干扰功能,以考查学生在特定情景中应用所学知识的能力。

此题既涉及语法、词汇、固定搭配,又涉及通过篇章语境获取信息,
处理信息的语用能力。

此类题强调在特定情景中的语言运用,是半开放性试题,主要考查学生日常交际用语使
用的准确性及得体性。
在内容的编制上一般是将几个话题巧妙地融合在一起,使学生有身临
其境的感觉,从而顺畅地完成对话。
此题为间接考查学生的口语能力,分(A)(B)两题,
所选正确答案及填写语句必须符合对话的语境。
第五题(阅读理解)
此题共有(A)(B)(C)(D)(E)五篇短文,阅读后根据题目要求做答。
分为选择最佳标题,判断正误,选择正确答案,补全信息,回答问题五个题型。
文章生词率不超过3%,所选文章的题材和体裁将是考生所熟悉的。
第六题(书面表达)
要求学生能运用所学词汇、语法、句子等综合知识完成小大两篇作文:要求
语言通顺,表意清楚,结构合理,富有创意。
构思能力和发散思维能充分体现。
(要求学生完成一个小作文和一个话题作文或图示作文) 1.应用文(小作文)。
包括英文通知、启事、感谢信、假条、贺卡等内容。
