干式电力变压器使用说明
■SG 、DG 、OSG 、ODG （三相、单相、自耦）干式电力变压器，是我公司专门为各类进
口设备和国产设备生产的系列产品，具有适用负载广泛、能承受瞬时超栽、可长期连续工作的特点。

■型号表示方法

SG 、DG 、OSG 、ODG （single-phase 、three-phases 、auto transformer ）dry transformers are special Products of HANGHENG,which are for the purpose of imported devices and Chinese products.They have the advantages for widely used loads and can bear the instant over load and even work continuously for a long period.

a)海拔不超过1000米b)最高温度+45℃c)

最低气温-30℃(适用于户外式变压器)
f)最低气温-5℃(适用于内式变压器)g)相对湿度≤90%

■安装环境
a)变压器应安装在通风干燥、无有害的烟雾和蒸汽、腐蚀性的尘埃、水蒸汽、烟雾、严重
潮湿、滴水的环境中；
b)变压器四周应有一定的空间，以便维修、保养；
c)安装场所应无严重的震动和颠簸。

■接线
a)变压器输入、输出电源线截面配线应满足其相应容量的电流值大小要求；
b)输入、输出三相电源线，应按变压器接线板母线颜色：黄、绿、红分别接A相、B相、
C相，中性零线应与变压器中性零线相接，接地线与变压器外壳（如变压器带有外壳，应与箱体标志对应）。

■Installtion Environment:
a)Transformer should be installed and dry area without any harmful smoke and gas,erosive
dust,water-gas.smoke flog,serious humidity;
b)There must be enough place around the transformer to ensure the reparation and
maintenance;
c)There should be no serious fluctuation at installation site;
■Wiring:
a)Input&Output power supply cables of transformer should be equipped to meet the
correspoudent capacity requirements in accordance to current.
b)Three-phase power supply cables for both input and output should be according to:
A-phase(yellow),B-phase(green)and C-phase(red).Centrual cable of power supply should be connected to outer cover of transformer.(If there is outer cover of transformer,it should be consistent to the symbol of box).
■空载检查和运行
a)通电前请用兆欧表测试变压器的绝缘电阻，铁芯对绕组的电阻应≥2MΩ；
b)检查输入接线应准确无误；
c)上述检测完毕后方可空载通电，并测试（或观察）输入端与输出端电压是否符合要求；
d)完成上述程序并确认正确无误后即可接上负载运行；
e)运行中请注意负载电流时候超出变压器允许的最大电流，请保持变压器在额定条件下运行。

■Check with no load and commissioning:
a)Before the power is on,please check the insulated resistance of transformer with MΩ
meter.Resistance between steel cove and winding should no less than2MΩ;
b)Check the input wiring;
c)After a)and b)shritts,power is on for no-load to test(or observe)if the voltage of Input
and Output meet the requirements.
d)Put into use with load after checking all of above.
e)Please pay attention to load current during running if it exceeds the mad.current of
transformer,please ensure that the transformer runs in rated condition.
■Refer to the input Voltage,Output Voltage,Rated Capacity,Input Current,Output Current,Outer Divnension,Weight,Voltage Bearing,and Rated-Frequency of Transformer,please see nameplate for detail.
