第二节工业锅炉锅炉是利用燃料等能源的热能将工质加热到一定温度和压力的换热设备，也称蒸汽发生器。
其主要参数有锅炉容量（蒸发量、热功率）蒸汽压力、蒸汽温度或出水温度、给水温度。
一、锅炉术语（引用GB/T2900.48—2008）（1）锅炉：利用燃料燃烧释放的热能或其他热能加热水或其他工质，以生产规定参数（温度、压力）和品质的蒸汽、热水或其他工质的设备。
（2）锅炉机组：锅炉本体及其必要的辅助机械、附属设备、监控装置和它们的连接管路系统的总称。
（3）固定式锅炉：安装于固定基础上不可移动的锅炉。
（4）蒸汽锅炉：用以产生蒸汽（水蒸气）的锅炉。
又称蒸汽发生装置。

（13）亚临界压力锅炉：出口蒸汽压力低于但接近于临界压力，一般为15.7MPa～19.6 MPa的锅炉。
（14）超高压锅炉：出口蒸汽压力一般为11.8MPa～14.7MPa的锅炉。
（15）高压锅炉：出口蒸汽压力一般为7.84MPa～10.8MPa的锅炉。
（16）中压锅炉：出口蒸汽压力一般为2.45MPa～4.90MPa的锅炉。
（17）低压锅炉：出口蒸汽压力一般不大于2.45MPa的锅炉。
（18）自然循环锅炉：依靠下降管中的水和炉内上升管中汽水混合物之间的密度差和重位高度产生的压差而推动水循环的锅筒锅炉。
（19）控制循环锅炉，强制循环锅炉：主要依靠下降管和上升管之间装设炉水循环泵的压力推动水循环的锅筒锅炉，又称辅助循环锅炉。
（20）直流锅炉：受给水泵压头的作用，工质按顺序一次通过加热段、蒸发段和过热段等各级受热面而产生额定参数蒸汽的锅炉。

锅炉基本知识第⼀章锅炉基本知识第⼀节锅炉参数及容量锅炉的主要参数, 包括锅炉产⽣热能的数量和质量两个⽅⾯的指标。
如蒸汽锅炉的主要参数是⽣产蒸汽的数量和蒸汽的压⼒、温度, 热⽔锅炉的主要参数是热⽔的流量和热⽔的压⼒、温度。
⼀、压⼒压⼒是指垂直作⽤在单位⾯积上的⼒, 通常叫压⼒( 实际上是压强) 。
⽤符号p 表⽰, 单位是“MPa“。
锅炉的压⼒是根据所⽤⾦属材料在⼀定温度条件下的强度, 受压元件的⼏何形状以及受压特点等条件, 按照国家颁布的有关强度计算标准, 对各个受压元件分别进⾏壁厚计算, 然后从中选出⼀个所能承受的压⼒最低值, 作为这台锅炉的最⾼允许使⽤压⼒。
蒸汽锅炉内为什么会有压⼒呢? 这是因为锅炉内的⽔吸收热量后, 由液体状态变成⽓体状态, 体积膨胀。
由于锅筒是密闭容器, 蒸汽不能⾃由膨胀, ⽽被迫压缩在锅筒内, 因此对筒壁就产⽣压⼒。
热⽔锅炉压⼒主要由热⽔本⾝的压⼒造成的。
热⽔锅炉的⽔是由给⽔泵送⼊锅炉的, 给⽔泵的出⼝压⼒减去管道阻⼒就是锅炉的给⽔压⼒。
⼤⽓压⼒是指空⽓作⽤在地球表⾯上的质量⼒。
由于1m3空⽓在0 °C 时的质量为1.29kg, 所以地球上部的⼤⽓层对地球表⾯有⼀定的压⼒, 这个压⼒叫⼤⽓压⼒。
另外, 随着使⽤的场合不同, 度量压⼒的单位还有⽔银柱⾼度(mmHg 、⽔柱⾼度(mH20) 等, 其换算关系如下:0.0981MPa=0.9678 物理⼤⽓压=735.6mmHg=1OmH20=1kgf/cm2表压⼒是指以⼤⽓压⼒作为测量起点, 即压⼒表指⽰的压⼒。
表压⼒不是实际压⼒, 因为当压⼒表指针为零时, 实际上已受到周围⼀个⼤⽓压⼒的作⽤⼒, 所以压⼒表指的数值, 是指超过⼤⽓压⼒的部分。
绝对压⼒是指以压⼒为零作为测量起点的, 即实际压⼒。
其数值就是表压⼒加0.1013MPa( ⼤⽓压⼒) 。
表压⼒与绝对压⼒的关系:p绝= p表+(0.1013MPa) p表=p绝-(0.1013MPa)负压是指低于⼤⽓压⼒( 俗称真空) 。

锅炉专业术语
砌墙walling在锅炉各受热面部件起吊就位后，砌筑锅炉炉墙、炉拱和折焰墙的安装工艺。
“砌墙”改为筑炉，避免与土建的说法混淆。
酸洗除垢acid descaling在一定浓度的盐酸和氢氟酸的水溶液中再配以一定浓度的缓蚀剂作为缓蚀盐酸清洗剂注入锅水中，采用浸泡或循环清洗或浸泡结合循环清洗的方法进行酸洗的除垢方法。
改为：在一定浓度的盐酸或氢氟酸的水溶液中添加缓蚀剂注入锅水中，采用浸泡或循环清洗或浸泡结合循环清洗锅内水垢。
锅炉改造boiler reforming为了改善锅炉的燃料燃烧状况、锅炉循环系统的安全性、锅炉结构上原设计的不合理或不完善因素以及提高锅炉操作的机械化自动化程度，对原锅炉进行的改造工作。
改为：改变锅炉本体的结构，以改善锅炉的燃烧工况、水循环可靠性、变更锅炉容量，或提高锅炉的机械化、自动化程度，而进行的工作。
锅炉启动start－up包括点火前的检查工作、上水、点火、升压、并汽至带正常负荷的全过程。
改为：蒸汽锅炉启动是由点火前的检查工作、上水、点火、升压、并汽至带正常负荷的全过程。
热水锅炉和有机热载体炉启动是由点火前的检查工作、点火、升温、并炉供热至带正常负荷的全过程。
水位water level贮水容器（上锅筒、锅外汽水分离器、除氧器水箱等）中水面的位置。
水位是通过水位计显示出来的，分为正常水位、高限水位和低限水位。
改为：贮水容器（上锅筒、锅外汽水分离器、除氧器水箱等）中水面的位置。

清扫工作可用引风机通风，也可用引风机和鼓风机同时通风。

疏水drain当压力升至一定值（一般为工作压力的2/3左右）时，进行暧管工作，暧管时在管道中产生的凝结水通过疏水阀排出的过程。

2.4.2链条炉的炉拱
链条炉的炉拱就是炉膛下部直接遮蔽炉排面的那部分顶面隔墙。在链 条炉中，炉拱包括前拱、中拱和后拱，中拱一般很少采用。前拱短而 陡，后拱长而平，如果前拱和后拱组配型式比较得当，炉拱就能发挥 作用。炉拱作用如下：
链条炉前拱（点火拱）主要将炉内火焰和高温烟气的辐射热聚集于炉 排前端的新煤区，加速新煤着火前的热力准备阶段及完成挥发份逸出 着火；并和后拱形成喉口，加速炉内高温烟气的扰动。
链条炉后拱主要利用炉膛负压，有效地将炉排后端上方空间的高温烟 气流和过量空气流导向燃烧中心，在喉口形成高速旋涡流，将烟气中 灼热的焦炭粒子抛撒到新煤层面上，形成“火雨”加速新煤的引燃； 同时，使烟气中的焦炭粒子和CO延长了在炉内的燃烧时间，与过量氧 充分混合完全燃烧。

alkali descaling 碱煮除垢：在锅水中加入一定量的纯碱（32CONa）、烧碱（NaOH）和磷酸三钠（43PONa）作为清洗剂，在一定压力下进行较长时间煮炉，碱煮结束后放尽碱液，并用清水冲洗的除垢方法。
碱煮法对硫酸盐和硅酸盐水垢能起较好的松软作用，但总的效果不如酸洗法。
