摘要:用怎么样的工艺流程生产可以使水泥质量稳定性好,早期强度达到普通水泥指标,后期强度增进适中,水化热低,保水性好,抗渗性好,收缩小,和易性好,安定性好?能体现出混合材具有的特性,低碱,并且耗能较低,污染较少?用什么设备更有优势?
如何造出质量合格的水泥,水泥的质量对于工程的质量起着决定性的作用,也与人们的生活、安全等息息相关,我们应该采用什么流程来制造水泥,使其合格高,生产效率也高。资料的主要来源是网上的书籍,其次是图书馆的书籍和报刊以及自己结合平时所学摸索出的流程。流程的设计采用国际比较先进的设备,参考了国际大型水泥工厂的流程和设备以及选择的缘由。本设计的意义及成果是可以让大家多了解一点国际化设备的先进之处,多选择性。也让自己对水泥生产流程和设备的选择有了一定的了解,形成了一个整体的生产线概念。阐述了大量采用新工艺、新技术、新设备、全线生产自动化、标准化并且达到国家标准的水泥的制备流程以及设备的选用和原因。
英文摘要:What kind of production process can make the cement quality stability is good, the early strength of cement to achieve common indicators, the later strength increase is moderate, low hydration heat, good water, good performance of anti permeability, small shrinkage, good workability, good stability? To reflect the characteristics of mixed materials, with low alkali, and low energy consumption, less pollution? What equipment to use more advantages?
How to build the quality qualified cement, cement quality plays a decisive role in the quality of the project, but also closely linked with people's life, safety, we should adopt what processes to manufacture of cement, the qualified high, the production efficiency is also high. The main source of data is the online books, followed by the library books and newspapers and their binding usually learn a fumble process. Process design using international advanced equipment, with reference to the international large-scale cement plant process and equipment as well as the choice of the reason. The significance and the results of the design is to be able to let everybody know more advanced place a bit international equipment, multi choice. I let myself in the production process and equipment of cement to choose a certain understanding, has formed a whole production line concept. Describes the selection and cause large amount of adoption of new technology, new technology, new equipment, all the production automation, standardization and reached the national standard of the cement production process and equipment.
