1Code rules for plant identification system电厂标识系统编码规则

1.1 A brief description of KKS coding:

KKS编码的简要说明:

The "Plant Identification System"(hereinafter referred to as

identification system) is based on the content of the specific design

of the project prepared, which is the standard of power plant

identification system issued by VGB Power T ech of German.

本“电厂标识系统”(以下简称标识系统)是采用KKS 编码,按德

国VGB KKS 编码系统执行。

(1) Composition: This identification system is prepared for the

individual disciplines in this project. General principles for

identification system are specified in this general book, each

department of discipline will follow the rules specified here to code

the identification for the power plant. Identification index for each

discipline is attached to general description, consisting of function

system code index, equipment code index and parts code index

组成:标识系统以各专业为单位进行编制。在本编制说明中规定标识

总则,各专业部分规定本专业的标识规则,并附有各专业标识索引表,

包括:功能系统代码索引表、设备代码索引表、部件代码索引表等三

部分。

(2) Depth Requirements: Code should be compiled to the items of

systems, equipment, valves(only controlled valve) ,piping and main

buildings, identification system should include power plant system

defined in this project, as well as equipment and building.

Identification code should be used in the system diagram

深度要求:编码深度应编至系统、设备、阀门及主要建构筑物,编码

范围应包括已确定存在的系统、设备和建筑物等。在系统图上应使用

及标识编码。

2.1The project identification system including three forms of code type:

标识类型本工程标识系统包括三种类型的标识形式:

(1) “Process-related”identification: in accordance with the function of

systems and equipment in mechanical, civil, electrical and control

works.

“工艺相关”的标识:根据系统和设备在机械、土建、电气和热控工

程中的功能进行的与工艺系统有关的标识。

a) “Installation site” identification: mainly for identifying the installation

position of electrical and control equipment within the installation

unit (such as panels, cabinets, consoles, etc.).

“安装地点”标识。主要用于标识电气和热控设备在安装单元(如盘、

柜、控制台等)内的安装位置。

b) “Location”identification: for buildings & structures and each floor,

room and fireproof area divison.

“位置”标识:对建构筑物及其各楼层、房间和防火分区进行标识。

(2) Identification system structure: The above three types of

identification consist of three or four breakdown levels from the high

level downward, as shown below:

标识系统结构:以上三种标识类型由三个或四个分解层次组成,等级

由高到低,如下所示:
