1.冰箱出现故障，请切断电源，半小时后再启动。

6.长时间外出，如超长假期，请关闭自来水龙头！

If you will leave the house for a long time, please shut down the the water of the house by turning the switch outside.

7如无必要，尽量不使用燃气灶具，使用大功率电器要保证人在旁边，以免发生火灾！

8.房租请直接发到房主的支付宝，账号是,时间是2018年1月1日前一周，4月1日前一周、7月1日前一周。
