Portrait Right Agreement 肖像权协议

In consideration of negotiating with my agency and upon payment, I hereby grant the right and permission to use the photographs of myself for above mentioned media usage, The portrait right for above purposes belongs to the clients.

基于该客户付给我和我代理人的费用，我因此授权该客户可将我的肖像用于该品牌的上述用途，该照片上述用途的肖像权归该客户所有。

Note:Additional charges will be made on usage other than the above mentioned. Should an advertiser wish to use the material produced for any additional usage, it is their responsibility to inform the model agency or part concerned .Any using photographs of myself without permission Is illegal.

In consideration of the fact that the client is working with children and not adult, the

children’s physical and mental health must be protected during the work. Therefore the client should be more patient working with kids. Any acts that might cause bad influence to their health, like giving them irrationally too much volume of work, stress or threats, etc. should be avoided.

The cooperating agreement according to the agent and model, the model can not give one’s own Information to other people, otherwise the agent has right to punish the model’s expenses . 注：客户如需使用本人的肖像于其他用途，则需另外收费，请与我的代理人联系。未经本人授权，使用本人的肖像，将是违法行为。

由于考虑为童装客户工作的是儿童和未成年人，因此应尽可能的避免繁重的工作强度和压力，保护他们的身体和精神的健康成长。

鉴于模特和代理人的代理关系，模特不得擅自将自己的资料交于他人，否则代理人有权处置模特的费用。
