Step 1 Pre-Christmas Party
1. Listen and guess: Jingle bells
(1) T: What holiday is the song about?
(2) T: How to greet others at Christmas?
2. Introduce a puppet friend to the students.
T: We’ll have a Christmas Party and I invite a new friend.
(1) T’s Introduction: Hello, I’m Jenny. Look at my puppet.

(2) Say something about my puppet and fill in the blanks.
S: Her name is Angel. Her T-shirt is blue and her skirt is
yellow. She’s pretty.
3. Show students’ puppet friends:
T: If you want to be the Party Queen or King, please finish two tasks below.
(1) Task A: Finish the table on P56
(2) Task B: Talk about your puppets.
