36 Advising Packing Arrangement
Dear Sirs, We thank you for your letter of May 13. We are pleased to
inform you the packing of the goods ordered by you are as follows: The tea is packed in international standard tea boxes, 24 boxes
Our packing requirements are as follows: All the apricot kernels are wrapped in plastic bags and packed in cans, the lids of which are sealed with adhesive tape. Twelve cans are packed in a wooden case, which is nailed, and secured by overall metal strapping. We have made a footnote on the contract to that effect and are returning herein one copy of the contract after duly countersigning it. We hope you will find it in order and pay special attention to the packing. We look forward to receiving your shipping advice and thank you in advance.

We acknowledge receipt of your letter dated January 13 enclosing the captioned S/C in duplicate. In order to eliminate possible future trouble, we would like to make clear beforehand.
