Step 8 Restore Power: Restore power at circuit breaker or
fuse. Installation is complete.
Connect wires per WIRING DIAGRAM as follows: Screw wire nuts on clockwise making sure no bare conductors show below the wire connectors. Secure each connector with electrical tape. NOTE: Control can be installed on either the Load or Line side. • Green dimmer Ground lead to Green or bare copper
wires.
• Remaining Red dimmer lead to remaining wall box wire.
• Proceed to Step 6.

l Never carry a load greater than the rated capacity for the truck/rotator combination. NOTE: The rated capacity for the truck/rotator combination is a responsibility of the original truck manufacturer and may be less than that shown on the rotator nameplate. Check the truck nameplate.

HOW TO INSTALL THE FORKS
1. Remove the fork keeper at one end ot the carriage. See Figure 2.
2. Release the spring lock on the top of each fork as shown in Figure 2.

–电动旋转驱动器 EHMD-...-RE:步进电机的旋转运动通过电机轴直接传递给抓手,并且可以自由定位。

步进电机的增量式编码器可用于闭环控制模式,并且抓手每转一圈就会输出一个零脉冲以供参考。

编码器的零脉冲 ZP 和抓手的纵轴在出厂时与安装面平行对齐。

–电动抓手驱动器 EHMD-...-GE/-GE-16:步进电机的旋转运动通过一个机构传递给夹爪,并且可以自由定位。

步进电机的增量式编码器可用于闭环控制模式。

The kits allow the driver to select three preset pressures plus truck system pressure to control clamp force. The switch can be set to block the truck system pressure for three active pressure settings. A cab mounted light bar is provided to indicate current setting. Some kits include an optional indicator Light Tower or Light Bar.Cascade recommends using a Low Pressure Tank Line Kit for a dedicated return connection to the truck tank.NOTE: Kits are UL Classified (File # AU3546) for safety in Electric Battery (UL 583) and IC Engine (UL 558) Indust. 控制电路板比较并放大输入信号(开度设定信号)和电位器 的开度信号,并驱动电机,使两个信号的差异减小。 一般使用开度量程为 0–90°或 0–180°,但是如图 5 的 [ 最 小、最大开度量程 ] 所示,两个方向均设有 5°的调整域。

Af-ter use, the lights slide inside the chassis to store conveniently away. These devices use 7 watt "night light" style bulbs which install from the front of each light tube assembly. To replace bulbs, unscrew front tube cap and rotate bulb counter clockwise.Voltage Meter (JG8.0LM) - The JG8.0-LM includes a 20 segment Voltage Meter that indi-cates levels of incoming AC voltage. This color coded meter displays safe (green), mar-ginal (yellow) and dangerous (red) levels of incoming voltage. This meter can help diag-nose problems that result from common AC power sags and swells.REAR PANELAC Outlets – These 8 outlets (NEMA 5-15R) are rated for current loads up to 15 amps at 120 volts.Power Cord – The power cord has a third pin safety ground connector. Do not defeat this feature. Doing so could subject user to a hazardous condition.INTERNAL PROTECTION COMPONENTSThe JG8 Series products have a Basic Level of AC power protection consisting of fast acting metal oxide varistors between hot, neutral and ground. The JGJr also features a line capacitor between hot and neutral to reduce high frequency line noise and AC line surges.TROUBLE SHOOTINGThe JG8 is well designed and constructed. Every JG8 is submitted to a full functional test be-fore being shipped by Juice Goose. It requires neither maintenance nor adjustment. It is un-likely to malfunction. However, there are potential events to note:The JG8 will not come on or turns itself off.a. Check the status of the power supplied to the unit. Use a voltage meter and/or polarity tester to examine the status of incoming power.b. Check that the circuit breaker is not tripped and that the current load on the unit does not exceed its rated 15 amp capacity. If the breaker is tripped, remove sufficient current load to reduce the total to no more than 15 amps, wait approximately 30 seconds after the trip-ping. Turn the power switch/circuit breaker back on.One or both lights will not come on (JG8.0L and JG8.0LM). – Unplug power to the JG8. Un-screw the cap on the end of the tube(s). Remove the bulb(s) in question. Take care. If the bulb is broken use a cloth or needle nose pliers to remove the component. The replacement bulb is a 7 watt, candelabra base (e.g. night light bulb).If an observed problem can not be remedied, particularly if the problem seems severe or dan-gerous, discontinue use of the JG8 and contact Juice Goose directly.REPAIRShould your product need service contact Juice Goose for assistance and authorization to return the unit. 有电,危险!必须由经培训并取得授权资格的人员操作,操 作者必须严格遵守安全规则,否则有电击的危险,造成人身 伤害或设备损坏。 不能用于测试超过 600V 电压的线路,否则有电击危险,造 成人身伤害或设备损坏。 1)打开仪表电源,进入测试模式。 2)按上述仪表结构图中的 OPEN 方向旋转锁扣, 拧开柔性线圈锁扣,将柔性钳住被测量导线,再按 CLOSE 的方向旋转锁扣,重新锁好柔性线圈。 3) 观察读数,若仪表显示“OL”符号,表示被测 电流超出了仪表的上量限。被测导线应尽量处于柔性线 圈的中心位置(A 点附近),不要靠近开合口处(C 区域), 开合口处测试误差约增大一倍或更多,B 点附近位置误 差约增加 1%。

2、工作原理 控制器给出控制信号,旋转分配器主轴做匀速圆周运动(正转或反转),并
带动转臂也做同步的匀速圆周运动。当阀芯上口与被选出口接通时,被选出口与 底部进口联通。流体通过底部进口,经过阀门内部,进入被选择的工艺管线。需 要切换管线时,控制系统发出信号,电动执行器电机启动,转动阀芯至下一要选 择的出口。

TFPX旋转分配器说明书

一、适用范围及性能特点1、适用范围TFPX系列旋转分配器是一种输送设备,通常将物料按需要分配至不同的去路、贮仓,适用于饲料加工厂、粮食加工厂或立筒库工作塔等场所。

2、性能特点TFPX系列旋转分配器结构紧凑,操作简单,安装方便,导向接料弯管转动缓慢,借助行程开关和定位槽的作用使其准确定位,且密封性能好。

二、外形和主要技术参数1、外形TFPX系列旋转分配器的外形见图一。

2、主要技术参数见表1表1三、结构特征与工作原理1、主要结构(见图一)(1)机上体:由机上壳、操作门、弯管调心装置和吊钩等部分组成。

(2)导向接料弯管:上面装有弹簧压紧装置、清料刷、密封圈和滚动轴承。

(3)机下体:由机下壳、自封轴承、传动轴、转刷、内外导轨、出料接管及一个排灰接管等组成;导轨上有定位槽。

(4)调节箱:它由箱体、接线盒、三个操作门、行程开关和触杆等组成。

(5)减速电机:双级摆线针轮减速机。

2、工作原理(见图二)本机由减速电机传动轴带动导向接料弯管沿导轨运行。

根据需要起动电机;运行到位后,触杆作用行程开关,立即切断电源,导向接料弯管立即停止在固定的位置上,同时弯管和机下壳压紧密封。

四、安装与调试1、设备安装前应进行全面检查,转动必须灵活。

2、设备吊装或支撑后,应基本保持水平,安装地脚尺寸见图一,如吊装后可以将机架拆掉。

3、连接各管道时不应影响原来的安装位置,连接的输送管道应设置观察口。

4、本机的出料口若不完全利用则应用铁板封口,排灰口应接出管道、密封,定期打开上检修口清灰。

5、安装后必须试运转,检查导向接料弯管、定位槽、行程开关和触杆的运动位置是否协调,并作必要的调整。

五、使用与操作1、使用前必须空运转,使弯管的停止位置和转换开关位置及工艺流程线路中的讯号一致,并编上相同的号码。

2、当需要改变出口时,必须先停止进料,然后起动按钮,待导向弯管旋转至预定出料口、停稳后再进料。

3、当弯管运转不平稳时,可打开机上体的顶盖,调节弯管的转动中心,直至运转平稳。
