When you are doing some things, what time it is? It is what you are this moment！ 当你在做什么事的时候是什么时候, 你是此刻正在做着! When you think of the past ,what time it is ?It is this moment. 当你在想过去的时候，是什么时候？正是此刻。 When you are thinking about the future， what time it is？Of course this moment. 当你在畅想未来的时候，是什么时候？当然是此 时此刻。
• No matter how difficult your life is this moment , never lose your hope , everything will past , have a good mood ,move forward with a bright heart. Next moment will be batter.
• When this moment past , the only thing left for us was memory . Memory always the best but never indulge in the past, nor indulge in fantasy on future. • 当此刻过去，留给我们的只剩下回忆。回 忆往往是最美好的 但是不要沉溺于此，也 不要沉溺于幻想未来。 • What you hold in hand this moment is what you should cherish most. Never let it slip away easily • 此刻握在手里的东西才是你最应该珍惜的。 不要让它轻易地溜走。
• Everyone has his own dreams，do you still remember your childhood dream? What it is? Do you achieve it or forget it? • What about your dream in high school? And this moment, do you still have a dream? • The things you are doing this moment is near to it or far away from it? • What’s the feeling when you accomplish your dream? • This moment only belong to me.此刻非 我莫属。
• 无论此刻生活是多么艰难，永远不要失去 希望，所有的一切都会过去，怀着美好的 心情继续前行。下一刻会更好。
• This moment everything is changing quickly, and always have some we can not change , don’t care about it , just go our own way ,do our own business. • 此刻风云变幻 ，总有着我们无能为力 的事，不必在意，走我们自己的路， 做我们自己的事就好。
