To Inspecting Engineers:

欢迎您到xxxx公司开展监造工作。为了保证您在监造期间您的安全和健康，请仔细阅读如下告知书：Welcome to xxxx for inspection. To ensure your safety and health during the period of inspection, please read this notification carefully:

1 请您遵守中华人民共和国法律法规，不做任何违反中国法律法规的事情。

Please obey and not do anything breaking the law of People's Republic of China.

2 请您遵守我公司安全规章制度和商业秘密保护规定，不做任何违反我公司规章制度及规定的事情。Please obey and not do anything breaking the safety regulations and confidentiality rules of our company.

3 监造工程师需接受安全教育。

Please receive the safety education.

4 请您持有效证件进入公司，自觉接受检查。

Please enter the company with a valid certificate and accept inspection consciously.

5 请您在工作人员的陪同下进入生产现场，并服从现场管理。未经许可，不得私自进入生产现场。Please be accompanied by our company staff and obey the management when entering the production area. Don't enter the production area privately without prior permission.

6 请您注意厂区内的各种安全标识和信号，进入生产现场，请正确佩带个人劳动防护用品。

Please pay attention to the safety signs and signals in the production area and wear personal protection equipments when entering the production area.

7 有关技术、工艺、装备知识产权受商业秘密保护，未经许可，不得在生产现场进行拍照和录像。

The copyright of relevant design, technology and equipments are protected by confidentiality rules. Don't take photo or video at the production area without prior permission.

8 请您在陪同人员引导的监造区域内，开展监造工作，未经许可，不得到与合同产品无关的区域进行参观。Don't visit area not related with the contract products without prior permission.

9 非工作时间内请尽量减少外出，如确有需要，请自我做好安全防范工作，确保安全。

Please avoid leaving the hotel as much as possible in nonworking hours. If necessary, please take care of yourself and ensure your own safety.
