指纹识别技术是依靠人体指纹特征进行身份验证的生物识别技术,凯迈G155BG执勤武器柜是当今世界上最先进可靠的指纹识别技术的结晶。
G155BG执勤武器柜通过精准的光电成像系统对开启者指纹图像采集,运用复杂的模式匹配算法,与原注册指纹进行比对,对开启者身份做出判断,合法身份确认后箱门即可自动开启。
采用双指验证开门模式加传统机械钥匙模式解决了“双人双锁”制度“强制落实”的管理问题。
G155BG执勤武器柜可以自动记录每次指纹进行验证的时间和指纹添加/删除的时间,和计算机相连后,运行安装的后台管理软件就可读取到这些信息供管理者查阅。
G155BG执勤武器柜是一款集光、电、信息技术于一体的指纹识别产品,是传统的机械武器柜的最有效替代者。
适用于军队、武警、公安及其他需要枪械保管的部门,该产品极大地提高了枪械保管、使用的安全性和方便性。

工具柜 技术规格书
一、 整体要求1.工具柜A、杂品柜B、阀门站柜子D、工具柜E的钢板厚度1.0mm;安全帽柜钢板厚度0.6mm。
2. 所有钢板采用优质冷轧钢板;制作工艺:酸洗过的钢板+加工+静电喷涂。
加工包括:检验、冲压、折弯、焊接装配等步骤;柜面采用绿色环保型粉末静电喷塑而成。
所供应材料要满足相关国家标准。
3. 锁具不需采用插销式,满足实用美观、耐用、开关方便三方面要求。
4. 横向的隔板均需考虑承重,厚度不小于1.2mm,对于隔板及其他较大面积的承重面需在背面焊接加强筋。
5. 颜色按照附件中图片颜色(浅灰色)。
6. 工具柜、杂品柜用于室外,有防雨要求。
7. 以下附件照片.rar作为该技术规格书的补充,仅有一点变动(工具柜下半部分需要增加2块可拆卸隔板),其他均按照图片要求制作。

Fasten the M6 x 12 mmhex bolts to the cabinet.8RAISE AND RELEASE DRAWER FRONTSThese units are equipped with raise andrelease drawer fronts. To open, lift up on thedrawer front while pulling towards you. Toclose, shut the drawer firmly until the latchengages.LiftIf the drawer does not stay closed, the hookmay be bent, or it may be rubbing againstthe drawer slides. To fix this problem, lightlybend the hook until the drawer will engagein the slide.DRAWER REMOVALPull the drawer out so that it’s almost fully extended. Push up on the black release leveron one side, while pushing down on the black release lever on the other side. While holding the levers in these positions, pull the drawer outward until it is released from the drawer slide.ONE SIDE – PUSH UPOTHER SIDE – PUSH DOWNDRAWER REPLACEMENTExtend the drawer slides from the unit. Insert the brackets on each side of the drawerinto the slots in the slides, being careful that they are properly positioned. Once properly inserted, completely close the drawer to set the slides in position.9MAINTENANCEPeriodically clean the drawer fronts, trim, and other surfaces with mild detergent and water.Lubricate the casters with high quality bearing grease (annually/yearly).Lubricate the slides (twice a year) with a product like WD40 or other quality lubricant. This is especially important in low temperatures, which can cause the bearing to become stiff.Grease and oil can be removed with most standard cleaning fluids. For safety, use anonflammable cleaning fluid.SAFETYRISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK. To reduce the risk of electric shock, use indoors in adry location only. Do not plug the power strip into another power strip. Not for use for a permanent installation.Changes or modifications to this unit not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user's authority to operate the equipment.Close the cover and lock the drawers before moving this product. 受潮后的绝缘工具绝缘性能下降,严重色及检修人员的生命安全。
现有的措施是采用木质或铁质的柜体或绝缘工具库房进行绝缘工具的存放或保管。
木质、铁质工具柜都不具质长期恒定的防潮作用,极易受潮,难以适应绝缘工具的存放要求,绝缘工具库房是将绝缘工具存放在一个独立的库房内,通过加浊去湿,使其干燥。
使用时丙从库房提取。

Periodically inspect the general condition of the rack for loose frame connections, undistributed loads, shelving deformations and any other conditions that may affect the rack’s stability and performance.ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONRequired Tools (Rubber Mallet, Philips Screwdriver, Wrench)Step 1: (Note: Post are directional. Skipping one slot from the bottom of the post (see figures A&B), Place the rivets into post with the slot pointing down, and with the shelf ledge of the brace facing up, and tap lightly to seat rivets (see figure A). 现场工具柜、工作台管理规定1.工具柜配置原则1.1工具柜配置以生产作业必需为原则,可配也可不配的一律不配,以便于管理,并减少占用场地。
1.2工具柜配置以公用优先为原则,尽量减少个人工具柜的配置。
1.3拉丝工、织网工等工种原则上不配置个人工具柜,如有特殊原因,确需配置者由单位书面申请,报公司推进办审批后方可配置。
2.工具柜的使用2.1工具柜用于存放本岗位当期生产作业所必需的作业工具及本岗位作业人员配置的个人工具。
2.2工具柜内所存放工具应分类分层分区定位摆放。
有条件的单位可实行形迹管理。
3.工具柜管理3.1所配置的工具柜应整齐整洁,同一区域的工具柜要求款式大小及颜色格调统一。
3.2工具柜内按定置管理要求摆放和存放物品,禁止在工具柜内存放非作业工具类物品。
3.3工具柜顶部不得摆放和当班生产无关的物品,底部不得存放任何杂物。
3.4所配置的工具柜在其正面显著处贴上工具柜标签,注明编号和责任人。
(要求张贴位置统一)3.5在工具柜门内壁张贴《工具柜定置图》。

6.工作台使用管理6.1各种工作台表面只允许安装与本工序(岗位)作业有关的设备、器具,允许放置当班生产作业所用的工件、物料、工装工具等,不得放置与当班生产无关的物品。
6.2工作台的各个贮物空间,允许存放本工序(岗位)常用工装工具,不得存放与工作无关的物品。
所存放物品须实施定置管理,分区分类放置整齐。
6.3工作台应经常保持清洁整齐、保证完好。

设备整体设计美观、时尚、安全、可靠,能体现电力公司注重品质、安全、人性化服务的企业形象。
中标方设备供货时,应提供完备的货物安装、使用和维护所需的中文资料。
中标承诺。
本次招标设备必须由设备生产厂家参与投标,不接受产品代理公司投标。
中标后应能独立完成整个项目,不得以任何形式转包。
每个投标者应在其投标文件中,按照本协议附录要求,提供资料和数据。
产品品质保障。
投标方在行业内具有良好的信誉和业绩,具有足够的经济及技术能力,保证按照使用方提出的要求按时、按质完成项目要求和技术支持。
供货安装承诺。
投标方承诺提供供货后的上门安装调试指导与培训,保证安装质量及设备功能的正常发挥,负责在现场为应用单位免费培训操作及维护人员,并提供完备的设备资料。
售后服务及维护保养。
质量保证期为3年,自设备验收合格之日算起。
质保期内卖方负责提供免费报修服务。
故障报修后到达维修现场的时间要求24小时以内。
投标方须有完善的售后服务体系,统一的售后服务系统安全工器具柜,具有备品备件库,在出现设备故障时,应保证先排除故障,再将坏损部件返厂送修,保障产品的正常使用。
投标方应提供有效的型式试验报告或12个月内产品质量检测报告。
报告内容应覆盖技术要求中的所有项目(外观、尺寸、静载荷、动载荷、工频耐受电压等)。
