A study finds that dogs can tell the difference between our happy and angry faces. Scientists at the Messerli Research Institute’s Clever Dog Lab in Vienna trained dogs to tell pictures of happy or angry faces with a reward(奖励). In the test, the scientists showed the dogs pictures of human faces they had not seen in their training. This shows that dogs could tell the difference between the expressions.
The scientists showed 20 dogs half pictures. Either it is the mouth part or the eye part of happy or angry human faces. Half the dogs received a reward when they touched and angry face with their nose. The other half were rewarded for touching happy faces.
In another test later, they showed them different parts of the faces. When shown the other part of the face, the dogs could easily distinguish(辨别)happy faces from angry ones. They could connect the eyes with the mouths, too. It seems that there is something in dogs’ brain to think. And they can really tell the difference between happy and angry faces.

Ways to Face the Challenge
The high school entrance examination is coming, many students are very worried and nervour ,they’re under too much pressure, so they can’t get their best grades.
Before the tests, it’s a good way to communicate with your teachers\parents or friends. And you can ask them for advice. Also, you’d better review all your subjects as carefully as you can. Besides, you should have a good rest. During the tests, you must take the necessary school things with you . Remember the exact time of each subject. Plan the time and read the questions carefully when having the test. It’s a better way to start from the easier problems to the more difficult ones. What’s more, pay attention to the handwriting and keep your papers clean and tidy. After the tests, why not find out the problems of each subject and prepare for the next ones? Do not give up.
I hope the advice can help you.。
