１.５保修Warranty：自设备安装验收合格,用户签署验收报告之日起，设备保修期为１2个月。在保修期间如设备因自身制造的原因造成损坏，卖方应免费维修及更换。设备发生故障后，用户应以传真

或书面形式通知卖方,卖方在２个工作日内需做出反应。Qualｉｔy waｒranｔy perｉｏd is 1２montｈs cｏuｎtｉng ｆrom the dａte ofｔhe Uｓer ｓｉgnedＣertificate of Aｃcｅptance．Ｓhould the ｅquiptment fail duｅｔo mａnuｆaｃturｉnｇfauｌt withiｎtｈe sａid 1２ｍonths, the Ｓeller shａll repair and excｈange thｅm ｆree oｆｃhaｒｇe. The Selｌｅr shall take aｎａｃtive reｓpｏnsｅｉn ２ｗｏrkｉｎｇdａｙs upon ｒeceipt of thｅUｓerｓ'ｗriｔiｎg adviceｏｆthe ｂｒｅak－dｏwn oｆthe contracteｄequip ｍｅｎt.

在设备安装验收过程中,卖方在现场向用户提供对操作人员的基本培训，培训内容包括设备结构介绍，操作软件使用,设备操作使用,日常保养及维护等。Duringｔhｅｅqｕipｍeｎt ｉnsｔallａti ｏｎanｄａcceptａnｃｅteｓt－run,ｔhe ｅngｉneer from thｅＳeller ｓhall traｉｎthe opｅｒators at the uｓer’ｓｓitｅs.
