夏季高温施工防暑降温措施

当前,盛夏季节,日照强度高,高温天气持续,为了切实做好夏季施工的防暑降温工作,

针对郑州市近期高温的实际情况,采取有效措施积极应对高温天气。为切实保障建筑施工作

业人员的身体健康和生命安全,努力改善施工作业人员工作环境和生活条件,有效预防安全

事故和高温中暑等事件发生,确保建筑工地安全生产。

夏季持续高温,施工现场作业人员极易疲劳、中暑,为确保施工现场一线施工人员人

身安全和健康,现对现场施工人员的防暑降温工作采取以下措施:

1、制定防暑工作预案,合理安排施工,防止因高温天气引发工人中

暑和各类生产安全事故。

2、妥要密切关注有关高温天气的气象预报,气象学将日最高气温大

于或等于 35 摄氏度定义为“高温日”,连续 5 天以上“高温日”称作

“持续高温”。严格实行“抓两头、歇中间”的避高温措施,适当调

整夏季高温作业劳动和休息制度,减轻劳动强度,严格控制室外作业

时间,避免高温时段作业,确保劳动者身体健康和生命安全。原则上,

气温超过 37℃,严禁 11:00 至 15:00 进行室外作业。

3、根据本工程具体情况在气温较高的条件下作息时间为,施工时间

为早上 5 时~ 10 时,下午 3 时~7 时(根据天气气温可进行合理调整),

严格控制加班加点,高温时段项目部停止室外露天和高处作业,防止

工人疲倦乏力、劳累过度导致伤亡事故发生。

4、严格落实工人防暑降温物品和药品,在饮水室设置茶炉和保温桶,
